I start due to location but the rooms are not the cleanest dirty towels left in rooms bed looks like someone just crawled out of it and pulled the blanket up

The man that called me was so rude and disrespectful i will never book with them anymore and yea he threatening to cancel my reservation so i told him go ahead because he do stop nothing and it was for my son birthday party. Find another better price and better customer service

There was no breakfast ready
We waited 15 minutes and there was still no breakfast ready. We couldnt wait any longer and left. In room 206, the bed sheets had some holes in them. We were not warned about the bathroom having a clear wall so no one showered. They also said it was not very clean.

The carpet was not clean, too many stains. The quilt had a spot that made you think it was not clean. There was not a new toilet paper roll. The TV remote control didn't work.

I liked the location and the bed. It was fantastic. The shower had very little pressure in my room.
