I am only writing this review because trip.com has bad reviews.
I want to thank the company for a wonderful vacation, ours was chic, they offered champagne, instead of an economy room they gave a suite with a view of the sea and the pool, I don’t know why the bad reviews, but I will say the opposite, in my experience the trip was excellent🙏 I will definitely book hotels and more than once through this site. As for the hotel, the hotel is cool, the food is good, the area is large, there is any alcohol, I advise 🙏 I am a public person, through me and my adverti*****t many of my subscribers came to rest in this hotel and they liked everything 🙏

If you want a very good Espresso martini you must go to the Lobby bar And find the bartender Seda she is amazing far better than Mustafa and up there with Sonor Animation team is excellent lead by Ozzie and Tuncho and Mami and Cann Brilliant hotel second time here and will be back for. A third Food is by far better than any other local hotel Let’s go Hayderpasha Joe Amanda and kids

Arrived Wednesday 13th with my partner and my experience so far has been absolutely unbelievable! "Can" or "johnny" has been amazing keeping us entertained and keeping us involved! Food is fantastic, plenty to choose from, rooms are spotless and our bartender soner has been amazing keeping us topped up and his cocktails are phenomenal! Dogca has been our favourite waiter so far, very chatty & friendly! Really looking forward to rest of our holiday!

Hotel is amazing. Rooms are Spotlessly clean. Mini bar refilled every day. Staff are so friendly & helpful. Waiter service at the pool & beach. Entertainment is great & entertainment Staff are fantastic & are so great with the kids. So much to do you will need another holiday when you leave.

Thanks to Can and team for their entertainment every night and kindness towards our girls, everyone was fantastic and hotel had everything you’d need and want for a family stay. Highly recommend! Very clean hotel, cleaners were excellent! Food was great! And facilities excellent Thanks to everyone in the kids club too!!

Unbelievable hotel, would highly recommend for any families. Facilities, staff, food, everything was perfect…Can especially was a top fella, the energy of him and the animation team really made it a special trip…our 2 & 3 year olds both loved it!!

Such a brilliant hotel all round , entertainment for the children is absolutely amazing , the food is slightly repetitive but there's tons of restraunts near by if you get bored of the food . The terrace bar is great and seda the waitress is so lovely always happy and smiling and nothing is too much effort for her . Also the bar staff by the pool who come out on the roller scates are great too . A great family hotel . Will definitely return .

Great hotel with fantastic entertainment and entertainment team especially Tunco. Daytime activities and evening entertainment shows are amazing! Duplex rooms are spacious and clean. Pool areas all good and waiters on skates a really fun touch. All staff in hotel are friendly and helpful. Visit to Oscar's in Nova bazaar definitely worth a visit too for good quality fakes.
