Very unprofessional staff. There's no room for hospitality, for a 4-star accommodation lodge. I will never book this lodge again. It's been a bad experience. Wasting so much for money for a B&B that cannot even accommodate your dietary.

Excellent service, Staff friendly and accommodating. We required vegetarian meals which was well provided for. Due to loadshedding issues, the aircon in the bedroom did not restart. we were allocated another room the next day, which worked out fine. Good value overall.
