Breakfast was delicious and good enough. However lunch and dinner facilities within the hotel premises for guest could be appreciated.

No frills business hotel in Ube Shinkawa, located right across from the train station. Loved the hot tub.

My kids and I love the aviances.the onseng is good.the breakfast is good but maybe if you put some others foods it will be excellent....then one thing I don't feel is that maybe if you have the facility or assistant to check in our baggage before our time is much help and wonderful.we have a lot of hotel we been but your hotel amaze us and hopefully you may improve more in food and luggage and you will see the impact of that.thank you

Everything was good.
Except the windows were opaque and therefore unable to see outside.

I was very satisfied with the location, the large public bath, and the breakfast. The only downside was that the elevator gets crowded in the mornings (there's only one elevator).

It was a truly excellent hotel stay.
Every single staff member was incredibly kind and professional.
The parking fee was reasonable at 500, and while the breakfast wasn't extravagant, it felt like every single detail was carefully considered.
I highly recommend it. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this hotel, especially since you can stay there for 5500 yen with breakfast included. However, the only downside was the extremely poor service from the male staff member at the front desk, which was very frustrating.
