We know Ubon well and would always recommend Excella. We stayed there in June 2022 over 2 separate occasions and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality. The breakfast is good (for a Thai hotel) and did have some variety in the small eating area at the front of the hotel. We loved the suite and family room (booked 2 separate rooms) and it provided everything we needed. Good access to free parking out the back makes this a convenient place to stay in Ubon. You should be aware, however, that is in a residential area to the north of the city (and not in the city centre).

Paid approx $24 Aus which included breakfast. The hotel is modern and bright. Clean and tidy. I stayed in the superior room which is standard I think. It was big and open with a small sofa. Bed was very comfortable and 2 pillows per person which I appreciate. Breakfast was a buffet. It had fruit, local Thai sweet and hot Thai dishes plus bread and jam. The dining room is very modern and relaxing. The staff throughout the hotel are very polite and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

- Book via app traveloka, round-trip ticket for 2 people 2080 ฿, including 1 night accommodation at be my guest in the city is 2258 ฿, summarizing the cost of a delux double bed for 2 people is only 178 Baht - The parking lot is a bit small, can only park 5-6 cars - It's a small but clean apartment - We asked to change to a double room. (There is only one room) before and then pay an additional 50 ฿, so the price of 178 plus 50, totaling 228 baht per night, is still cheap. - This twin bed room is located on the ground floor. Open the curtain and see the parking lot - the good thing is that the bathroom separates the wet / dry zone - here the card is given to open the apartment door. Card deposit 100 baht, returned when checking out, returning the card - summary: cleanness okay The bathroom is very ok with wet/dry separation. There is only one chair in the room. If 2 people stay, the other person has to sit on the bed. Missing a sofa will sit very comfortably

There was a safe in the closet, worked fine. Large bathroom with ventilation, good towels, hot/cold water from sink faucet. There is a large swimming pool and spa on the 5th floor level. Pool loungers and table and chairs area. Large comfortable towels you sign for before entering the pool area, free for hotel guests. Changing area with private showers, hair dryers, lockers. Large fitness room. Massage area, with skillful attendants, prices reasonable. Sunee Grand is still a top choice with reasonable rates. They also have a large conference and meeting rooms, fully equipped. I attended a conference there a few years ago, as good as anyplace, anywhere.

The front desk service was very good and helped me take a taxi. The room on the third floor was arranged, there was no elevator, and the elderly could not do it with luggage and climb the stairs. This hotel should be the kind of large meeting stay, and there is a hotel nearby that has similar location. The double room is large and dry, the key deposit is 100 baht, no toothpaste toothbrush, but there is a bath gel supply. The hot water heater can't be reached, so it's a short trip to the hotel by taxi at the airport 70 baht. The location is a bit biased, but there is a lotus supermarket nearby, which is also very convenient; Coffee shops, barber shops, and fashion shops are scattered within walking distance. It is also quite easy to walk from the hotel to the Mae Praniramol Catholic Church attractions in the morning, only 7.5 kilometers are about 15 minutes. The return taxi said Better Place The driver knows the location in seconds, it should be an old-fashioned name.
