It was nicely located . Not so close to caos but still close. The bedroom for the price was very elegant and nice and comfortable. The facilities going to the rooms and garage are very shady and dirty

I had never booked a boutique hotel before. But now I ask myself, what makes a boutique hotel better or what is different?
Centimeters of thick dust under the bed, is this a boutique hotel?
Broken shower hose, is this boutique hotel?
Or flickering bathroom light, is this a boutique hotel?
What I'm also wondering is whether this "hotel" had a rating of 8.6.... Guys if this hotel is 8.6 then I don't want to see 8.5

The hotel is located right in the heart of Ulm. It offers clean and spacious rooms. Everything was very modern and classy. It was super quiet at night and the bed was more than comfy. I felt right at home. 10/10 would recommend.

Room had a damp smell to it. Also there was no AC, which was quite uncomfortable in the sweltering daytime July heat.

Located in the very heart of Ulm, a bit tricky to find when arriving by car. Public parking available in walking distance. Nothing to complain about.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was convenient situated, you could walk to shopping, restaurants, only minutes away fron the train station. We had nice, spacious, modern room.
