Stayed here for one night, the hotel has a lovely reception area and is set in lovely tranquil surroundings. The staff were helpful, friendly and very obliging. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cosy bed, the downside was the bathroom. The bathroom was dated and in a poor state. The shower was over the bath and the bath was gruby and in need of replacement. The grout around the bath was black with mould. The sink in the bathroom was missing the "glaze" in many places and again was in need of replacement. The whole bathroom could have done with a total refurbishment. The rooms are set around the grounds and in small bungalow type establishments, which are nice. There are excellent views from the hotel. Breakfast was good with a good variety of things to enjoy. If the bathroom had not been in such a state, this would have been a nice stay.

The villas are spacious, and the grounds and surrounding scenery of Urubamba are beautiful. There are activities and a playground for children and a spa for adults. The staff is extremely helpful — especially Javier who came by three times, once in the middle of the night, to care for an ill family member.

Our tour agency made the reservation for us, and did they hit a grand slam! An unexpectedly elegant resort with a delightful atmosphere and great food. It was a welcome destress from a busy trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would love to return someday.

A place like haven! The hotel has all it needs to make you happy. Rooms are awesome, large and vonfy.The garden is astonishing, restaurant is great snd staff fantastic friendly. Breakfast was perfect. And in room amenities are all there. Great hotel!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The people are lovely and make you feel welcome.The location is excellent but you will need transport of some type. Javier was a dynamo with helping to move all the luggage around for our largish party of tourists.

This is a great hotel if traveling with young children! It seems a little off the beaten path (e.g. it's not really within a walkable town), but everything you need is right on the property, and it's a great home-base for day trips to sites. The property is huge and of course just stunning. It has a playground right in the garden and a kids room filled with toys and activities. Also, my kids were able to pet and feed the baby alpacas, which live on site. The staff was very kind and accommodating as well (shout out to Rocky!) Lastly the food for breakfast and dinner was quite good!

The facilities and grounds are amazing. Maybe even magical. Javier is the bell man, who set the tone for my stay…. as he took my carry on from me and said he would take to my room. An hour later he saw me in the grounds and said “Cheryl, Input both your bags in your room” he remembered my face and name tag on my bags. What a nice treat that he made the effort to know my name. Jani, at the reception was helpful one evening and I was impressed. The grounds are so beautiful and I enjoyed the fire pit one evening.

I was amazed when I walked in to this hotel how beautiful it was. The rooms were lovely, the people were lovely. The onsite dining was good. You have to walk the ground to take it all in! My husband even took in a massage. Try the Muna tea...it's amazing.
