It was a nice stay. However for a 5-star hotel, there is no full body mirror, no bidet, table and chair as per description. Also, the description of room categories here in Trip. com are misleading so better to double check it first with them. For the toiletries, the hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, and shower gel are all same. I was under the impression that atleast there will be conditioner but all are same and my hair became very dry. The lotion, cotton buds were not replensihed for a 3-night stay. For the Tv, we struggled to operate and no English channel. I tried to call reception but no one’s answering. Breakfast is ok and the staffs serving breakfast were so nice and polite. Room was so clean. However as the room was in the ground floor, we always here the lift and when people are cleaning or doing things in the corridor.

We were let down by this hotel. We arranged a late check out which wasn’t provided for. There was a half drunk bottle of wine int he fridge, the red wine was in the fridge and the beer had a puncture in it. There were also building works going on from early in the morning. Not great.

Very nice and refined hotel. Very comfortable and quiet room. Exceptional breakfast.

We spent a week at Palais le Brun and would definitely return. The hotel is conveniently situated with excellent facilities. Breakfast was great and all of the staff were attentive, pleasant & professional especially Ana who served us most mornings.

Amazing spot overall with central (but on a quieter street) location, very friendly service, delicious breakfast, and value wise. The only complaint would be related to noise from the hallway and from upstairs suites. Can hear furniture moving and people walking in the hallways quite loudly. Otherwise would definitely recommend.

All enquiries before stay answered very quickly via email and Instagram. Lovely hotel, easy to find, close to bus terminal with restaurants in same road and surrounding streets. Receptionists were all very helpful. Breakfast excellent. Room was quiet, bed comfortable. Water hot and shower pressure very good.

An excellent hotel with lovely large well furnished room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient just a short walk to bars and restaurants, although the street outside the hotel was busy and a lot of noise from building works close by.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had the hot tub which was the perfect touch to our room. Only downside is you have to wait for it to warm up but that’s to be expected. They gave me a Prosecco voucher for my birthday which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was yummy and had a great selection of choice. Overall, had a wonderful experience and would definitely book again :)

Lovely hotel. So comfortable, excellent room & superb service. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel is in an excellent location - so easy to walk to everything in Valletta. Would thoroughly recommend.

Perfect Hotel for a few nights in Valletta. Super friendly staff. Fully renovated and updated within the walls of an old city building with plenty of Charme.

Amazing staff, who were all very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Good responses to a couple of emails before our trip. They provided a nice baby cot and baby bath. The room and ensuite bathroom were spacious. The bed was gargantuan! There was very little street noise. The cooked breakfast was good and they provided vegetarian alternatives. The coffee could be improved. There was a nice view from the rooftop terrace and the pool was open (though we did not use it as it was a little too cold at the time of our trip).

This hotel is indeed a palace! Our deluxe double with balcony was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean with a Maltese balcony - perfect for watching the nightly fireworks. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and efficient. The breakfast fresh and tasty with plenty of options. The street is quiet and about a 5 minute walk to the huddle and bustle of Republic Street. A beautiful place to stay which we definitely recommend

We were lodged at the new next-door area (Old Bakerey Street 103), another refurbished palazzo. Nice room and large bathroom, but some inexplicable deficiencies: no shelves to leave toiletries and nowhere to sit in the bathroom, no chest with drawers to store your clothes (we stayed 4 days), only a large hanging cupboard. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. The street is quite busy but the double windows keep the room very quiet. Several USB connections available.
