The breakfast area is also perfect. The room is clean and comfortable. The only downside of the hotel is that it is far from the lake. The 6-lane highway speeds past at speed. It would be perfect if the hotel has a safe passage that can easily reach the lake."

"Overall, the room was clean and well-equipped with both central heating and an individual air conditioner. However, the staff were often unfriendly and seemed busy, frequently stepping outside to smoke, especially in the morning. Most of them also did not speak English. The hotel is quite isolated. While it has lake view, the view wasn't as appealing as I had hoped. There are only one or two expensive restaurants nearby, and they are not easy to walk to due to the lack of a proper path. The fact that you never see anyone walking in the area says it all. A major drawback was the lack of helpful information. The staff could not provide any details on public transport or long-distance bus schedules; their only suggestion was to take a taxi and go to the station and buy a ticket. I managed to get information for the local 102 bus purely by luck. Fortunately, I arrived early for the bus to Doğubeyazıt, which has a fixed schedule. If I had arrived after 9, I will have to wait for three hours. Other issues included an ATM they recommended initially that had no English language option, and an average breakfast that consisted of 90% cold dishes. If you go before 8 AM, there is no one ready to assist you. Verdict: Stay here only if you are driving and are primarily looking for a clean room in good condition."

"Location is very good at the centre. Room is huge. The only problem is the room is too hot. I read the previous that they could not do anything with the temp control and you can only open the window. Since my room is facing the main street, when the window is open it will be very noisy. The room wall is very thin. If your neighbour's room is someone who is talking loudly, you definitely can hear all the conversation. Room end with 02 will be facing the main street. The check in is located on the 1st floor."

I went there with my friend and we had a lovely staying.. van is a small city so you can walk anywhere you want.. the Bianca hotel is near to Jomhuriet street and it’s about 5 minutes walking.. the neighborhood is so cozy and you can also have a grea shopping there."

The rooms are impressively spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the biggest highlights is the incredible value for money. You truly get more than what you pay for here. The hotel offers free access to sauna and wellness facilities, which is a huge bonus and adds a luxurious touch to the stay. Everything is well-maintained and adds to the overall comfort. The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the city, access shops, restaurants, and key attractions. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, making it suitable for both solo travelers and families. If you’re looking for a hotel in Van that offers great quality, comfort, and outstanding value, I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again!"
