Hotel Shankara Residency

1. Breakfast was good 2. Staff was also good 3. Cleaning was not up to the mark 4. Overall good experience

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The location is just off the very busy main road (no place to park your vehicle properly, so you have to be ready when you want to get on to your car. It is not visible from the main road, you need to walk into a narrow lane to locate it. It is located 20 mins by auto/taxi to reach kashi vishwanath temple. The rooms were okay and hot water was available. There is no place to have breakfast so it’s room service. We had an early start on a few days but they couldn’t offer breakfast even at 8 am. The service and staff were slow and lousy. There was a small hole in the bed-sheet (our fault) for which the greedy manager charged a bomb at checkout. Overall, nothing great. Ok if you just need a clean room.

Not a single water bottle available in room when check-in in hotel after asked with hotel management he said that unable to provide drinking water without pay after asked with hotel staff he provided 5 bot-tel with charged rs 30- so we did more argument for not pay above mrp of waters bot-tel than they ready for accept rs 20 but invoice is not provided. Parking is not available in hotel property. We booked single room with 3 bed but one bed is fixed very short and not comfortable, bed size was 2/3 and room size is very small

Terrible and worst to stay there no space and parking facility even room are not clean and necessary things are not available food are also not available

Hotel is very neat. Service is excellent. Capsicum food court is very near to this hotel. We had a pleasant stay there.

Hotel is situated in a narrow lane off the main street, but it is tidy and good. New property. Good food.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious as well. The bathrooms were also clean with all amenities and good water pressure. Overall a good stay!
