This is not a hotel and the location is terrible. It is a very sketchy area of the city. We did not feel safe. But more importantly this is not a hotel. This is at best an Airbnb. We called the hotel 30minutes prior our arrival to ask for car parking assistance. No one answered the phone. When we arrived the doors were locked and we started to knock on the door. Finally there was someone and she said she’s a volunteer and she’s not at the property most of the time. There is no other staff. No bellboy, no security. She said she will give us a key and we will have to lock the property as we go in and out. We left the property and booked another hotel on the spot. It was super stressful as the whole city was packed because of the opera festival. This was a nigh**are. I recommend to avoid this place at all cost.

It was absolutely amazing! Very hospitable owners. We arrived before check-in, left our things, got ourselves in order and checked in. Everything is new, in perfect condition, amazing room with all amenities, great kitchen. Mom fell in love with their garden. Very cozy and thought out to the smallest detail! When I return to Verona, I will stay again in this amazing place!

We had a lovely stay well located with local bars and Restaurants nearby the rooms were great and the courtyard was a gem Verona Centre about twenty minute walk..Marco the owner recommended trips and organised us refreshments in the Garden highly recommended !!

Room was so lovely, interior is 10/10. The receptionist was nice and informative. The location is convenient, walking distance or easy bus access to the city center. The property also has its own garden and kitchen facilities. There are restaurants and cafes close by too.
1 tiny thing, website mentions Iron and adapters are available on request - which was not the case.

Fantastic pearl in 15 minutes walk from historic center of Verona. Nice and unique design of every corner of Casa simply amazing. Jelena that met us at reception gave us so many tips and information regarding the city, what to do and what to visit. It's like we had our own guide for 2 days. :) Backyard with wonderful grapes and many other herbs and plants is like an oasis for tired travelers. If you book Casa you never will be dissapointed. :)

Honestly, my wife and me were amazed with Casa's design. Jelena that met us at reception, made our visit very easy, memorable and productive with her explanation what to see and where to walk. We had map that she marked with every city's point that worth to visit.

The room and property were amazing. Lots of thoughtful details. Also really thought about environment as well. I also left something important behind and had to rush back. Staff were so great about it. Lovely stay.
