During our six-night stay at this hotel in July 2023, we had high expectations of a luxurious experience. However, the room quality proved to be far from what we anticipated, and it significantly impacted our vacation. Negative Aspects of the Room: The first impression of the hotel was positive, but as our stay progressed, we encountered numerous issues with the rooms: Malfunctioning reading lamp: One night, we discovered that the reading lamp was not working, and despite reporting the issue, it couldn't be fixed promptly. Non-functional phone hand-set: The phone in our room was unusable, forcing us to call reception through the base set with a speaker, which was inconvenient. Unstable and noisy beds: While the beds were comfortable, they were unfortunately unstable and produced bothersome noises with the slightest movement. Lack of curtains: Instead of curtains, the room had grey metal walls to darken the space, which gave the room a cold ambiance. Absence of carpets: The absence of carpets and the presence of only a grey or white surface added to the room's lack of warmth and comfort. Complicated room design: The design featured a moving door separating the shower from the living area, which never closed entirely, requiring constant adjustments to ensure privacy. Inconvenient towel placement: Towels were placed inside the bath, making it difficult to access them without having to climb inside or open the separation wall at a specific location. Tiny sinks: The sinks were so small that using them often resulted in water spraying back and leaving us wet. Confusing AC usage: Understanding whether the AC was on, off, or just ventilating proved to be challenging, as we had to rely solely on the sound it made. Water supply disruption: We got a notice one day prior, that a complete shutdown of water supply is planned for 3 hours from 10:30-13:30. Random light switches: The room was filled with light switches, and some of them worked unpredictably, controlling whichever light without any discernible logic. Insufficient lighting: Despite all lights being on, the room remained dark, making it uncomfortable for various activities. Despite the room issues, there were some positive aspects of our stay: Reception staff: The staff at the reception was commendable in their efforts to accommodate us. They were kind, attentive, and clearly well-trained in providing good service. They offered us several rooms, but there was nothing they could do as all rooms we saw had more or less the same problems. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and most of the time, the breakfast staff provided excellent service. Location: Prime location near Donaukanal and 5 minutes walk from the Schwedenplatz metro station. It is within walking distance to Stephansplatz. The area feels safe and friendly at night. The sum it up I would not recommend a long stay at this hotel because of the rooms' low quality and the cold, dark, complicated

The environment is quiet and the service and hygiene are good. It's just that the mattress is very soft, and it feels like you can bottom out as soon as you sit down. I don't know if Europeans like this cushion (previously there was a similar situation in the UK and no adjustment was requested from the hotel). Location is OK, there are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants nearby, not bad. Hotel breakfast needs to add another 9.9 euros, a little expensive and can not be included in the room rate, a bit inconvenient.

We stayed here during our trip to Vienna. We were able to check-in to our room at 1:30pm after two long flights, so that was very welcome news. We stayed in their Junior Suite and found it to be great. The ceilings were quite tall so that added to the roomy feeling. Heated floors on the bathrooms was also pleasant. The breakfast is also decent and had a good selection of pastries. The AC in the room is just slightly not as cold as we would have liked even though we've set it at the 18 degrees but it was not so hot as to be unpleasant. Location wise, it still takes a good 10-15 minutes from the shopping district and there are hotels with better location but this obviously isn't something the hotel can change. All in all, everything went smoothly and it is a solid hotel in the area.

The hotel's facilities and services are above the normal standards of chain hotels. The nearby subway and bus stations are not far away. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral. In addition, the relatively low room rates in the nearby area are new enough. The decoration is a highly recommended accommodation. The only flaw is the air conditioning system, which only has comfort mode. It's snowing outside and the temperature is below zero. It can only be said that it's not cold indoors, but it's still far from warm and comfortable.

It’s good early and there are enough types. I am satisfied with the Western breakfast. The same price is bigger and more comfortable than in a Swiss room. There is a tributary of the annoying river near the hotel. Every night, the two sides of the strait are full of various snacks and various foods and performances. You don't need to go to the restaurant to find food. The hotel is located within the ring road of Vienna and is not far from the city. Walking is also possible. The station is also nearby. The staff in the store are friendly and welcoming. You can introduce to the best concerts there.

This hotel was reasonably priced and in a safe location. There were several restaurants within walking distance and also a little grocery store across the street. It's not right in the middle of the action of Vienna, but those hotels are more expensive. We usually took about a $10 Uber ride to get to the downtown area. The hotel was very clean and quiet, except I could hear toilets flushing upstairs. The rooms are rather dated, it definitely had an '80s feel to it. The breakfast was delicious and served by a very nice staff. They had lots of breads, meats, fruits, etc and you could also order eggs cooked specifically for you. The staff at check-in was friendly, but no one ever offered to help me get a cab or get my bags out of a cab for me. I feel like they would have helped if I asked. The furniture in the entire hotel seemed worn and cheap. Every chair I sat in felt like it might collapse. They could certainly use some updating. For what it was I would recommend it.
