I had an amazing experience staying at Lily Hotel in Vientiane! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, very comfortable with all the essentials provided. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spotless with a good hot shower. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping — everything was kept fresh and tidy every day. The service was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and efficient. Lily Hotel is a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Vientiane. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service!

#Reception Reception staff cannot speak English at all. They actually asked me if I could speak Chinese. This is a hotel where only Chinese is available. The entire area from the 1st floor entrance to the 3rd floor hallway is filled with cigarette smoke. No elevator. #Room The entire room is filled with mosquito coil smoke, making it difficult to breathe. An air conditioner that wouldn't sell even as second-hand. Naturally very noisy. Dead mosquitoes and bugs scattered on the floor beside the bed, and stains all over the walls. What is that slippery liquid on the bathroom floor that hasn't even been used... The sink water doesn't drain well, so even washing hands fills the sink with water. To wash your hands or face, you have to wait 2-3 minutes each time. Slippers that look like someone just took them off and left. They seem durable enough to last the lifetime of the hotel... #Overall Assessment Even if you go to an inn in the outskirts of a small Chinese city, it wouldn't be this poor in quality. This is long-term accommodation for workers from the surrounding Chinese development site. It cannot be called a hotel. It was fortunate that I had booked it just to stay for 3-4 hours before catching a midnight flight, but if I had booked it for an overnight stay, I would have immediately run out and moved to another hotel. #Words to trip.com I advise hotel booking sites like Trip.com. A rating of 10/10? Do you want to go out of business? Before Trip.com's reputation gets worse, either change the rating to 0/10 or delete hotels of this level from the booking site entirely. Please don't provide wrong information to foreigners visiting Vientiane.

I had a wonderful stay at Lily Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The location is easy to access, making it convenient to get around. What really made my stay memorable was the receptionist, namely Khaenpheng, Chanya, Bouakeaw, Thee and the lady who is incharge in cleaning my room. They are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in my experience. Thank you, Lily Hotel, for the warm hospitality! I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place.

The hotel is quite well located, a 20-minute walk from the night market and 10 minutes from the airport. The room is very good by Chinese standards (bottles of water, air conditioning, slippers, hairdryer, hot water, soap, towels, etc.). However, as mentioned in the comments, the staff only speak a bit of Chinese and have no knowledge of English. The staff are mainly inconsiderate, and more importantly they try to rip you off. The receptionist deliberately doubled the taxi fare to the airport. Go there if you are Chinese and in transit, but do not trust the staff.
