La habitación era más pequeña de la que aparecía en las fotos. En las fotos, había espacio a ambos lados de la cama. Sin embargo la habitación que se me asignó no tenía espacio alrededor de la cama, por lo que era mucho más pequeña.
Por otra parte, la temperatura en la habitación era muy baja, incluso enchufando el termostato que por otra parte hacía mucho ruido. De hecho tuve que dormir con abrigo y aún así pasé frío. No soy una persona friolera, por lo que alguien que sí que lo sea puede tener bastante problema para dormir.
Además, la habitación no tenía cerrojo. Oí otras habitaciones que sí que lo tenían, así que supongo que sería la mía. Teniendo en cuenta la finura de la puerta y lo básica que es la cerradura, no me sentí muy seguro durmiendo en ella.
Había falta de limpieza en el baño y en algunas zonas de la habitación.
Y por último, el ruido y la incomodidad de la almohada no me permitió dormir en toda la noche. Se oía ruido procedente de todas partes.
Al reservar este hotel me esperaba un concepto básico tipo Ibis Budget, pero nada que ver.
Lo único que salva este hotel es la atención por parte de recepción, que cuenta con un personal muy agradable. Por lo demás, no volvería a este hotel por muy barato que fuera.

There were no private bathrooms as advertised for the room, more hostel room with shared toilet and shower. Towels are for purchase and there was clearly no rainfall showerhead.

Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, especially the lovely guy with the glasses who worked the bar. Room was clean and well-maintained, pool was clean and nice, overall good. Minor complaints would be that the beds weren’t very comfortable and the balcony door didn’t open properly. Beer at the bar was also cheap. Would stay again.

When I arrived my reservation was not on the computer, the person on the reception only spoke french. ********** was not answering the calls, was the worse experience I ever had. Will never use **********.anymore.

En la recepcion no habia nadie pero hay un telefono y el chico vino enseguida y fue super simpático. Hablava francés, inglés y un poco de español. Venimos cada año para ver Perpiñan en Navidad y nos va perfecto. Precio calidad no se puede pedir más.
