Red Roof Plus+ & Suites Virginia Beach - Seaside

Really decent hotel, newly refurbished, great location near 11th street boardwalk but upfront rooms lots of noise from Pacific Highway traffic, great helpful staff, good enough breakfast

Let me start off with how friendly and amazing the staff are. Lena checked us in. The check-in process was seemless, not a single issue, no surprise fees. Lena gave us recommendations to food, shopping, she was our guide. Very professional, very friendly, very helpful, just a joy to chat with. Cofffee, the good stuff and juice bar available 24 hours. I often chatted with the night attendant Nyra who was just as helpful and resourceful. It was a very safe area, about 1/2 block from the beach and restaurants. We walked everywhere! The room was clean, updated, modern and spacious! We had a working mini fridge and microwave. Lena called shortly after we got into our room to check on us and make sure that everything was working in the room. The grounds were kept clean, our room was pool side, but the pool was closed. We came to VA Beach to check out the area because we are moving there in a few months. All of the staff, including the contractors were very helpful with info on where to move, how to get to point A, etc. Check-out was just a simple as our check-in experience. The con is the parking structure, I think the architect just gave up, it was so tight. We decided to park on the ground level after experiencing the 2nd floor nightmare lol. Just back into the stalls it's easier to get out because there are pilars everywhere that hold the structure up. Pro is that parking is free. We didn't expect this from a Red Roof Inn. Definitely will return.

The door security was the only concern. The door knocked and shook throughout the night from the wind I presume and it was quite scary.

Enjoyed staying here. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was awesome and very spacious. Will definitely stay there again and also recommend to family and friends.

This was not a bad place to stay for the time I was in Virginia Beach. Two things I did not really enjoy was: 1. The jets flying over at night was very disruptive of getting a good night's sleep. 2. The water pressure for the shower was very weak, making my bathing difficult, and uncomfortable. I like my showers with high pressure, and to be soothing and energizing, while I'm cleansing. However, I would like to give "kudos" to the young lady at the front desk during my check-in, and entire stay ... her name was Leena. I simple thought she was superb!

It was clean and close to everything. Plenty of room inside the room. Bathroom pretty small but had hot water so it was fine. My bed was right next to the window which is also right by the heating/air system. During the night I didn’t really enjoy the heat blowing directly on me. Maybe put the beds in the other half of the room and the couch by the window. Parking garage very tight but I always found a spot on the second floor. For the price it was worth it. The staff was very friendly as well.

This was a super clean place and the staff was VERY kind and they were helpful! This was a great stay and we will be coming back! :)

Overall stay was good. 1 block ahead of Boardwalk - within 5 mins walkable distance. Around 20 mins far from actual Virginia beach - 21st street and Neptune Park

Beautifully renovated hotel. If staying on the street side, a lot of road noise throughout the night. I recommend staying on the side with partial ocean views.
