From the moment we arrived and the hotel porters collected our luggage for us AND parked the car, we knew we were off to a good start. The hotel is very modern and impressive, de-luxe rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable, the indoor and outdoor pools very nice with ample sunbeds, the dining room was very well run with very tasty food for breakfast and dinner with ample choice for all types of diners, special shout out to Ivan who was very attentive and looked after our table through the visit. We will return some time as we enjoyed it so much

We were from 15.02.2024 to 18.02.2020. Excellent hotel. The service is more than good. The pool is tidy, the water is warm. The selection of food for breakfast and dinner is more than sufficient. All in all, a very positive experience. For every recommendation.

The stuff is young ,cheerful People with a smileontheir faces.Spa center ,excellent with salt room , tepidarium and severa saunas.Large indoor pool of about 300m2,connected with Outlook pool and water telperature 30°~32°C.The food is excellent, the head chef is rate 10 and especially the manager who offered for breakfast in addition severa types of local Serbian honey ,and honey comb , that you remove from original wooden frame of the beehive . Pool is very nice with heated water. Food at the restaurant buffet is very good. There are things that should be fixed mostly in room, that looks average with some furniture falling apart. Our apartment did not have any paintings on the walls in both rooms, only dull gray walls, also no work desk with chair, as presented on the apartment images on web site. Coffee and tee that you make yourself at the machine in the room is not complementary, not even the first few capsules, as it should be. Some mosaic tiles fall off at the pool. There were no staff at the pool, because some staff had their vacation off time during our stay, as they explained, so you have to go inside to pool caffe and bring your drinks, but they also did not have some drinks from the menu, and also no food there to order. Some of the staff does not really know how to make coffee properly. This is currently not a 5 stars hotel expirience, but it have a good potential with nice pool, so it should be renovated and generally kept in better condition, also it should have enough staff even when some are away for vacations, and they all should know how to make all types of coffee, and how to do it properly. We generally had a nice time there because of the heated pool, and good food, so I can still recommended it because of that.

Fantastic hotel, excellent service, more than friendly staff. Clean, tidy. High standard spa and pools, towels, bathrobes, slippers provided. The rooms have everything you need, special wishes are fulfilled by the staff at the reception. Absolutely everything as written on the website in the description of the hotel. The food is varied, from vegetarian to local specialties, buffet service for lunch and dinner. There is parking, which is charged additionally per day.

The room was clean, had enough space for everything that we brought along. We were with our two kids (7,5 year old and 2,5 year old) and were very pleased with the day care for kids which gave us time for me and my spouse to visit the pool, SPA or relax in the room. The staff was very polite from the beginning to the end, which made us feel comfortable. The food at the buffet was diverse and delicious. As this was my 2nd time at the hotel, I predict a 3rd time in near future :)

Tonanti is a must-visit if you’re going to Vrnjačka Banja, Serbia’s most popular spa city! It’s really exquisite! Staff us ultra-pilote, the oool is mesmerizing lu beautiful and the food is jnprecedented! They Aldo have lenten food, snd they’ll make you a multi-fruit juice ir smoothue of your choice, include in the breakfast, with a huge strah of dele table desserts to boot! Loved it! I travelled with my family for a weekend trip to this 5 star hotel. However, this time it was much less pleasant as at start we did not have a parking at the hotel place but were forced to park about 300 meters up the hill. Food and spa were pretty good. What really disappointed me was that they made us pay for the coffee that we alone prepared in the room on the coffee machine that was on the table. Also the price was as we were served in a nice bar in Vrnjačka Banja. Usually in the 5star hotel whatever is on the table is on offer from the hotel unless it is explicitly written next to it that is not free and price attached to it. B

For a family with two children (10 and 12 years old), we took a deluxe room (apar**ent without a kitchen), consisting of two rooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the living room there are two armchairs, to organize sleeping places for children there were two full beds, with normal mattresses, not folding beds. The living room is large, both beds and armchairs fit. The pool is quite large, in November there was an indoor area plus there is a swim-up outside, this part of the pool is combined with the indoor part, so it’s probably open all year round, and in winter it was very nice to get some air. Other outdoor pools were not open. On weekends the pool is quite busy, but in the late afternoon, and especially after dinner, it was freer. That is, somewhere between 17-00 - 23-00 is the least busy time. We arrived on Thursday evening and left on Monday morning; Thursday evening and Sunday evening were generally free. The spa part is large: three saunas of different temperatures and humidity, a hammam, a salt room - they were quite free. The hotel pools do not have mineral water, just regular water. This is not a claim, just a fact. It’s a pity that the hotel is on mineral waters, but mineral water is not used in any way in the spa complex. And we were going to Mineral Waters (There is no pedicure and they don’t offer children’s massage. We didn’t ask for other services, but they offer adult massage. The spa center provides towels with every visit, the room has spa robes and slippers, they change every day. And there is absolutely no place to dry them, there are not even hooks or fishing line in the bathroom. The rate was half board (breakfast and dinner), I recommend, there was a large selection and good quality. For dinner there were always several types of meat and fish, fresh vegetables, snacks, desserts. and dinner includes non-alcoholic drinks, wine could be ordered additionally. There were no problems with tables, even at rush hour on the weekend we went for lunch once, I don’t recommend the restaurant, the menu is small and it took a long time to get there. the city, especially a cafe a stone's throw away. Good children's rooms with animators for all ages. The hotel is located on the border of a large, very beautiful park, with a river, springs, a playground, a cafe. The park has a small rope park with one fairly easy circuit. level, for children from 8 years old, and you can do archery.
