The room was generally okay, the breakfast was quite substantial, and the kids liked the swimming pool. Since we had two children, they asked for an extra 50 euros, presumably for an extra bed and breakfast/dinner. However, what I couldn't accept was that they charged me for parking in their own parking lot when we left.

Wonderful and accommodating staff, spotlessly clean, outstanding breakfast and dinner food spread, crisp bed linens, large and elegantly appointed rooms, clean pool with warm water @30+ degrees C, huge outdoor jacuzzi with hydro massage features, ample parking space. Hard to account for all positives of staying in this hotel, so you can’t go wrong by staying here. Recommending spa/pool time after dinner, when it is not crowded at all.

Disappointing Stay: Kids Running Rampant ! I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. One of the biggest issues I encountered was the lack of respect for pool rules, especially from the many families with young children. The pool area was constantly filled with kids, which is not a problem in itself, but their behavior left much to be desired. They were running around, splashing water excessively, and not following the rules regarding appropriate swimming attire. This created an environment that was not enjoyable for other guests who wanted to relax and unwind by the pool. Additionally, the quality of service has significantly deteriorated since my last visit. The staff seemed overwhelmed and undertrained, leading to long wait times for assistance and a general sense of neglect. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and the cleanliness of the rooms suffered as a result. The once immaculate facilities now showed signs of wear and tear, with chipped paint and outdated furniture. It's unfortunate to see how this hotel has changed over the past year. While I understand that families with children deserve a welcoming and enjoyable environment, it's essential to maintain a certain level of decorum and respect for all guests. Moreover, the rapid decline in service quality is concerning and indicates a lack of investment in staff training and facility maintenance. In light of these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I genuinely hope that the management will address these concerns and work towards restoring the hotel's former glory. Andy

Great hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms are big enough and the spa area is very good as well. There is one very good meeting hall and a couple smaller ones. The technical staff is very helpful. The food is excellent whether is in the common eating area or in the restaurant. The only issue - parking is a challenge.

From the moment we arrived and the hotel porters collected our luggage for us AND parked the car, we knew we were off to a good start. The hotel is very modern and impressive, de-luxe rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable, the indoor and outdoor pools very nice with ample sunbeds, the dining room was very well run with very tasty food for breakfast and dinner with ample choice for all types of diners, special shout out to Ivan who was very attentive and looked after our table through the visit. We will return some time as we enjoyed it so much

We were from 15.02.2024 to 18.02.2020. Excellent hotel. The service is more than good. The pool is tidy, the water is warm. The selection of food for breakfast and dinner is more than sufficient. All in all, a very positive experience. For every recommendation.

The stuff is young ,cheerful People with a smileontheir faces.Spa center ,excellent with salt room , tepidarium and severa saunas.Large indoor pool of about 300m2,connected with Outlook pool and water telperature 30°~32°C.The food is excellent, the head chef is rate 10 and especially the manager who offered for breakfast in addition severa types of local Serbian honey ,and honey comb , that you remove from original wooden frame of the beehive . Just come here for sauna. The spa reception didn’t tell me that swimming suit is a must!!! Only told me that man and woman are mixed. And no paper bag for carrying the swimming suit at first. Offered after I insisted. Bad experience for the staff service. After buying the swimsuit, she was not given a bag to put it in. When I asked for one, they actually provided blue shoe covers to put the swimsuit in! It's unbelievable. After repeated emphasis, he finally took out a paper bag, haha.

Superbe hotel très classe et très spacieux . Chambre et literie très bien . Petit déj très varié . Restauration en buffet bien faite et très propre (grand choix et de bonne qualité ) Dommage que les serveurs soient là juste pour débarrasser mais ne demandent pas si on veux boire quelque chose . Spa et piscines agréables
