Location is directly next to the highway. Apar**ent is under the roof with insufficient AC. It was sweltering hot. Faucet was loose, bed linens clean but with holes. It seemed it has t been used in a long while and was hastily dusted.
I would not recommend that place.

Beautiful experience customer service five stars the breakfast buffet incredible perfect Center location to visit wetzlar... and just a short walk to the train station I definitely would come back to display amazingly clean everything even the bathrooms there was not one water spot😁💝💝💝

Auch von der Autobahn aus gut erreichbare Unterkunft, nahe des Hauptbahnhofs Wetzlar. Gepflegte und - bei geschlossenem Fenster ! - ruhige Zimmer, dazu gratis Hotel-Parkplatz. Freundliches Personal und großzügiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das schöne Stadtzentrum ist in 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das alles zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Die nähere Umgebung (großer Parkplatz hinterm Haus, Busbahnhof, Shopping-Mall gleich nebenan) ist optisch nicht ganz so ansprechend, aber das ist ja wohl kaum ein Bahnhofsviertel in Deutschland. Für 1 bis 2 Nächte sehr empfehlenswert.

Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk geholpen. De check-in duurde wat lang omdat alle gegevens van ons beiden in de computer moesten worden ingevuld. De mondelinge informatievoorziening omtrent was redelijk uitgebreid. We werden echter niet naar onze kamer op de t****e verdieping gebracht. Er is geen lift. Het beddengoed en de handdoeken zijn schoon, de kozijnen en plinten zijn vies. Het douchewater liep niet weg in kamer 207, hetgeen we de volgende ochtend bij check-out hebben gemeld aan de dame bij het ontbijt die te kennen gaf het probleem te zullen laten verhelpen. Eerder telefonisch melden vonden we omslachtig; de receptie is niet 24 uur per dag fysiek bemand. De kamer heeft twee grote ramen die open kunnen maar heeft geen adequaat functionerend ventilatiesysteem en was benauwd. Slapen met open ramen is geen optie vanwege de geluidsoverlast van buiten. De airco achter de stoel ontdekten we pas de volgende ochtend. ‘s Nachts hoorden we een andere gast die over de gang liep. Het ontbijt in een redelijk kleine ruimte is uitgebreid en fijn. Tussen de stapel schone borden van het buffet troffen we drie vieze borden aan. De check-out verliep evenals de check-in wat oubollig en langzaam maar wel vriendelijk. Al met al een prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.
