Off-season one night stay, no 15€ breakfast; the room is ground floor facing the parking lot. It was quiet and the surrounding is very nice woods.

Very nice hotel. Large rooms with all the things you want including tea/coffee.
Nice terrace with small playground for kids.
Very friendly staff.
Great location for forest and about 1.5km to the lake.

Das Waldhotel hat sich leider in Richtung Hygiene und Freundlichkeit sehr zum negativen entwickelt. Baudreck unter neue Betten. Toilette sehr dreckig,das Gleiche auch bei der Toulettenbürste.Schimmel unten bei der Dusche. Matratzenschoner dreckig. Auch in der Sauna lag nach drei Tagen noch eine Rasierklinge auch dem Boden. Bauarbeiten schon früh morgens und bis zumAbend.(Januar 2023) Als ich das Personal darauf angesprochen habe,kamen nur unfreundliche Antworten. Den Tag darauf nachdem ich das Problem angesprochen hatte,würde mir gesagt ,das mein Zimmer gar nicht mehr gereinigt, wird,und ch soll Handtücher und Papierkorb in den Flur legen. Saubere Handtücher lagen dann auch auf dem Boden im Flur. Vorwurf auch vom Personal das man Toilettenpapier verbraucht. Das Personal /Hotel schadet sich selber,da auch manches richtig wie der eine Koch richtig gut war. Ich finde es sehr traurig das im vier Sterne Hotel Einiges nicht zwei Sterne verdient. Ich habe dieses Hygiene -Problem an die Dehego weitergeleitet. Schade da das Hotel selber schön gelegen ist.

Medelbra hotell med bra rum men mindre bra kök. Middagen var som en enkel lunchbuffé med halvtomma kantiner. Frukostbuffén innehöll bl a alldeles för salt äggröra men däremot inget bacon…

Hôtel très calme, propre avec restaurant proposant le soir un délicieux buffet. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation et que l'hôtel est à 44 km du centre de Berlin.
