挺不錯的一家酒店，在萬寧算是比較乾淨，衞生也較為好的了，早餐也挺不錯的，有點類似粵式早茶，就是有點小貴，不過萬寧的物價就是這樣的了

對面是公安局，感覺挺安全。房間寬敞，設備有點老舊，被單乾淨。一樓一個咖啡廳，正宗海南咖啡味道，味道不錯。

開了幾個房間住過最差的一個酒店，幾百一晚真心不值，衞生不乾淨，房間異味特別大，衞生打掃不乾淨，到處都是垃圾，終於被圖片給騙了，建議酒店工作人員把有一間房間的老鼠處理一下，一晚上都在啃木板，，從空調道可以跑到衞生間的旁邊衣櫃，噼噼啪啪聲音，早上7點老鼠終於休息了，我也休息了一會，哎，可以聽以下視頻聲音，老鼠啃木頭

整個酒店煙霧繚繞 烏煙瘴氣！原來酒店1.2樓都是麻將室，從酒店大堂到房間樓道全是煙味🚬！住在三樓簡直就是噩夢，凌晨半夜都是各種大聲喧嘩吵鬧聲，嚴重影響休息，中央空調系統也被別的位置煙味污染串到房間，房間整夜氣味非常難受又無法排出，第二天醒來直接咽喉痛！房間洗手間一股檀香薰過的味道，就像一個公共衞生間的樣子。萬寧晚上氣温15°C，理解酒店沒有暖氣系統，但是海南這麼低的温度沒有任何提供製暖設備可提供 長者一晚叫冷。洗澡水温度在夏天合適，這麼冷的天，不符合一個熱水澡的標準，直接放棄洗澡。清潔也不到位，房間還有遺留煙頭。
