"My husband and I came to Wanning for our anniversary, and honestly, this trip was made so special thanks to our butler, Luna. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I wanted to surprise my husband a little, so I contacted Luna beforehand to help me with a 10th-anniversary room setup. To my surprise, she even prepared a small cake for us! I was initially worried it wouldn't be possible, so it was a delightful surprise. Luna was just so heartwarming, and she quickly helped us with any questions we had afterward, from recommending restaurants to booking shuttle buses to Shenzhou Station. She truly deserves 100 stars! It's an older hotel, and while some of the facilities are a bit dated, the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, giving me two nights of great sleep. The hotel has a fantastic resort vibe; the lawn, pool, beach, and little train all make for great photos. The breakfast was abundant; I ate until I was stuffed. The only slight negative was that the hotel's park guide wasn't clear, so we weren't sure what facilities or activities were available. I suggest providing guests with a paper or digital park map upon check-in, clearly marking facilities and activity times."

After checking in, Manager Yang personally and thoughtfully escorted me to my room. Along the way, she briefly introduced the hotel's facilities. Her demeanor was gentle and attentive, and her service was both meticulous and heartwarming, making me feel incredibly welcomed right from the start. The room's cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. Every corner was immaculately tidy; the floors and bathroom were spotless, the bedding was soft and dry with no strange odors, and the toiletries area was neatly organized. The attention to detail from the cleaning staff was evident everywhere. The room itself was spacious and quiet, making for a relaxing and peaceful stay. After a tiring journey, returning to such a comfortable room was simply perfect. The hotel's location is uniquely advantageous, right next to the surfing park, making for an incredibly exhilarating surfing experience. You can enjoy the fun of surfing without being limited by weather or ocean conditions, which is great for both beginners and casual surfers. The rolling waves create an amazing atmosphere and it's definitely an unmissable activity when visiting Wanning. The entire resort environment is elegant and well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and responsive. My stay was comfortable, and my playtime was enjoyable; the service, cleanliness, and leisure experience were all excellent. If you're planning a vacation to Wanning, this hotel is highly recommended. I'll definitely choose Yuyue Hotel again on my next visit to Wanning, and I recommend it to any friends planning a trip."

The breakfast was still excellent, with a rich variety of fresh and delicious dishes—absolutely no misses. JOKER's service was as thoughtful and meticulous as always, making the check-in experience exceptional. Every visit brings a unique sense of comfort and relaxation. This has truly become my go-to hotel for vacations. I wholeheartedly recommend it!"

"I was a bit apprehensive at first, seeing the mixed reviews online, but the moment we were waiting to check in, our amazing butler, Mile, contacted me and offered to handle the check-in process directly. Throughout our stay, her service was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. She went above and beyond, tirelessly answering my requests for the buggy at any hour – truly exceptional attentiveness that brought our trip to a perfect close!. As for the hotel itself, we booked a two-bedroom villa, and contrary to some online comments, it wasn't damp at all, even though it rained during our stay. The cleanliness was also satisfactory. The room was very spacious and perfectly comfortable for our family of five. We also enjoyed a continuous flow of welcome drinks and complimentary fruit platters and cakes upon arrival, which many five-star hotels don't even offer. The only minor drawback was breakfast; it was just too crowded. I had to queue at 9:00 AM on the first day and again at 10:20 AM on the second day. Everything else was absolutely perfect, and I look forward to visiting again!"

"Our stay was one of the most memorable we’ve had in Hainan. The hotel has a unique South African style, beautiful design, and everything is very well maintained with high-quality furnishings. The swimming pool is clean and large enough for real swimming. The local breakfast noodles were delicious and the coffee was also very good. Service was excellent. The receptionist was incredibly patient from the start and went above and beyond to show us all the room options and help us find the one that suited us best. It’s also very pet friendly. The location is convenient—about a 10-minute drive to most places. The hotel even arranged a complimentary photo session. The photographer was patient and friendly, and helped us capture many beautiful memories. One small suggestion, for the private in-room Jacuzzi pool, there isn’t a shower head or sprayer to rinse it down. Only a large faucet to fill it. It would feel much cleaner and more comfortable if a handheld shower were provided for rinsing before use. Everything else was wonderful, but this little improvement would make the experience feel more hygienic and even more relaxing. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend it to others."

During the day, the abundant natural light is fantastic for photos, and at night, with the lights on, the pool's gentle glow creates a comfortable atmosphere, allowing you to take pictures without enduring the harsh sun. Getting around is quite convenient. The B&B provides shuttle service, or you can rent an electric scooter. It's about a 10-minute drive to the beach and town, making dining, sightseeing, and beachcombing effortless. You have a lot of freedom for your outings. The room details are thoughtfully designed. The entire room features rounded corners, creating a simple and clean style that feels reassuring and unobtrusive. The daily breakfast is a fixed set menu, offering a well-balanced spread of congee, steamed buns, corn, eggs, sausage, and fresh fruit. It's light yet filling, perfectly sufficient for a daily breakfast. The overall environment is quiet with plenty of greenery and numerous photo spots. It's suitable for both couples on vacation and friends traveling together. It's not overly commercialized, providing a comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and ideal slow-paced stay. Definitely consider it when visiting Wanning."
