"The biggest surprise of our Hainan trip was the Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula. The hotel upgraded us to a family suite. As soon as we entered and saw the bunk beds and stuffed animals, the kids were thrilled! My child absolutely loved riding the shuttle bus; he found it so novel, especially sitting in the back row. Perhaps it was the benefit of traveling during the off-season, but the shuttle buses arrived very quickly. The service was excellent. The pool was my child's favorite; we spent three days there during our three-day stay. The kids also participated in many family activities. The food was delicious across the board. We had dinner at the Fish Restaurant, and the taste was great. The breakfast at the Western restaurant had a comfortable dining environment, and the dishes were exquisite. The pandan souffle was truly delicious! The Chinese restaurant, however, was a bit hot and had quite a few flies. After checking out, my child was very reluctant to leave, hoping to have the chance to visit again."

"The room was great, with an unobstructed view of Wanning's seascape. The fruit shop downstairs was also excellent. However, there's a construction site next door for some project, which blocked a small part of the balcony, and there was no bathtub."

"Facilities: The central pool is great for photos. You can also use electric scooters for free, or if you don't want to, the owner can shuttle you to Riyue Bay. Cleanliness: No issues, very tidy. Travel Photography Package (includes three complimentary photos): You can get free photos taken with a camera; I saw many girls getting their pictures done. If you're visiting Riyue Bay, this is a good place to stay. Many of the restaurants and dessert shops (like Qingbuliang) that you see online are located in this village, which is very convenient. Recommended!"
