既然評價就需要有人説真話，看圖就可以，真想自己判斷。同時也要感謝服務員的盡力而為，但這裏確實是廢棄的樣子了

設施老舊，衞生狀況不敢恭維，有電蚊香但是沒有蚊香片，空調有異響，冰箱不小，但是啟動聲音很大。服務人員態度很好，很熱情，泳池每天有清理。

酒店服務沒的説。服務員熱情周到還負責。還很健談。酒店裡的東西都是好東西。特別有品質的。連紙抽盒都是皮的。衹是設施有些老舊了。誰也沒辦法阻擋歲月的侵蝕。

有史以來最差的酒店，評價不客觀天打雷劈。一行人到達之後一再和酒店確認是五星嗎？他們仍然堅持不改口，説是很早評為五星，未降級。實際是像古墓荒齋，無迎賓人員，衹有兩個前台人員。上下樓沒有電梯，由客人自己帶着孩子抬上二樓。陽台門鎖和衞生間都是壞的，水垢到處都是。硬件難以想象的差，至少30年沒更新。枕頭被子黴味餿味橫行，薰得一宿沒睡覺。床單被子是黃色的，還有破洞。毛巾全是破的碎絮。燈光昏暗想來也是為了讓大家看不出衞生狀況，然而實際上是床頭破洞，燈上有蜘蛛網，極其壓抑，讓我們驚訝無比。至於温泉，衹有一個挨着大泳池的小泳池，放了點熱水，看不出是温泉，想泡温泉的放棄吧。我們訂了兩晚，當天晚上到了後提出第二天退房，因為完全和網上描述不一致。衞生硬件和服務都無法忍受，對方居然不同意，堅持不退。後來發了照片和視頻給攜程，這裏着重感謝一下攜程，自行幫我們先墊付退了第二晚的房，幾個客服也説難以置信，會後續對酒店進行索賠和降維。而且緊急為我們後續受影響的行程做出了及時的協調和處理，第二晚的博鰲酒店非常讓我們滿意，同是標榜五星但是差距太大了。這家酒店後來因為我們態度堅決，負責網評的人提出給我們補償最高端的總統套房，但是我們沒有接受，希望能給到大家警示。在退房時針對我提出的問題她們承認五星評級僅限於為數不多的總統套房型，實際其他90%房型沒有參與評級，不説房間，單説大堂配套各方面我也不信能到兩星標準，三星應該是全季那種，自己進行內部整頓吧，目前看來大部分樓正在安排出售，無意整改，這種情況如何能夠以五星的名義開門迎客的！

第一次差評，這是住過最差酒店，設施陳舊可以理解，衞生太差，氣味難聞，空調裏面都是黴菌，一股黴味，房間陽台隔斷，沒有紗門，蚊子蟲子很多，衞生間隔斷包漿都厚成磨砂，水龍頭臟的無法下手，毛巾床上用品都臟死了，和衣而卧，湊合一晚，果斷換了酒店，發現身上都有很多小紅點，皮癢無比。非常糟心。

服務：還可以，蠻好，服務蠻熱情的
環境：空氣清新，一排排的別墅區很漂亮，很好拍照，很好看，有古老莊園的感覺
設施：這個真的不行……裏面的電視啊門傢俱啊燈之類的都很老舊了 大年三十當晚想看電視，看不見，看幾分鐘就不行看幾分鐘就不行，燈按鈕也是快壞掉了 總之設備真的真的很老舊
然後沒有電梯，行李要自己扛到樓上，我們住二樓，我們兩女孩行李箱扛上去也很費勁，
缺點：一進到屋子裡異味特別特別特別重，很難聞，就那種老舊的味道，樓道啥的也很有味兒，蚊蟲多，我晚上被不知名蟲子咬了兩下，回來都一個多星期了還又疼又癢
優點：下樓就是温泉泳池 可以泡泡
缺點：泳池裡都是老年人和小孩居多，泳池小
總體：酒店裡大半都是度假的長者，沒有年輕人，打車難，總體設備老舊，沒啥吃的，但是空氣好，地方大，適合散心
