The location was absolutely perfect. The building is older but the rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly too. It was a bit noisy at night because of a nearby highway but great value for money.

First time in this hotel and it will be the last. We trust the front desk with our luggage in the early morning and, when we come back to check in in the afternoon, we were missing $1,200 cash from one of our bags. We asked the afternoon guy to help us and to check the camera but they did nothing. They just acted surprised and that was about it. Room was cleaned but no toilet paper. Asked for help with the AC because it wouldn’t turn on and the guy just said that if it doesn’t turn on, that means it doesn’t work and maintenance guy wasn’t available until the next day (our checkout day). Phone doesn’t work either so if you have questions, you have to go downstairs. Hotel looked good and cute when I booked it but I’m obviously not staying there again. Good sushi place around the corner, though.

Nice big room with a kitchen and good sized fridge, this would be nice for an extended stay. We had trouble with the TV and they were prompt to fix it. Good location to walk to restaurants around the area. Nice people too. Pillows were fluffy and the bed comfortable.

The hotel experience on day one was made amazing. Not because of the hotel but because of the staff. The receptionist, Kamala’s customer service, professionalism, and just overall demeanor made the start of the stay amazing. It is the people who make the stay amazing. She did just that.

Booking cancelled without any clear reasons by hotel in the day of accomodation. Me and my 2 children were left at late evening without any alternative and help. Reservation was made 5, 6 months earlier, and temporary confirmed even at the Day of arriving. Horror, and terrible stress was the only experience with that unfriendlt place. We recomend that hotel to avoid if you dont have very strong nervous system.

This hotel was in the most perfect, walkable location in Georgetown! With easy walks to the best part of town :) and the rooms are very spacious

Overall good experience. The location is optimal (by the waterfront/canal/M street. Could really use better internet. Apar**ent style hotel with studio and 1 bedroom units. New appliances with good dishware but bad cookware. Hardwood floors with 8-9’ ceilings. Plumbing fixtures are sort of low pressure. I’d stay here again, fixes here and there needed.
