We chose this location due to its proximity to the Foredert hospital across the street as we rushed up due to a family medical emergency. The property is new and the staff was very accommodating. Not only were they flexible in helping us add a day to our stay due to rushed planning on our part but there were 2 literal blizzards while we were there. They kept the parking lot plowed and navigable and the staff was addressing shoveling and snow control for the entrance. The heat worked well and we wanted for nothing. Not only is this location close to the medical facilities but it is also close to shopping/groceries and local dining so that we could get supplies for our kitchenette. They were very responsive to our needs and assisted us during a very difficult time.

I love the location- though my gps through me off for about 15 minutes. It’s the center of everything to get to other places in town quickly. Suggestions of where to eat were awesome and rated by others who stayed. I’ll be back on my next visit. Friendly front desk at all times.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past and was very disappointed with my stay this time. The room I was given was not what I would consider properly cleaned. There was a clear lack of attention to detail on the part of the housekeeping staff. The kitchen area was not properly cleaned and the room could use a proper deep cleaning.

Water bottle under bed from a previous guest. Usually out of pool towels when at indoor pool. I think drain around pool clogged as flooded around on the floor. Room was okay. Nothing around facility, restaurants within a few minutes drive.

We chose this hotel based on the high ratings posted on **********. However, when we arrived we noticed several stains on the carpet (which also had a hole in it). We also found many strands of hair in the bathroom that clearly wasn't cleaned properly. (disgusting!). The bar was not open for some reason-- staff did not provide an explanation. The hallways were a complete mess as well. For the price charged, we would recommend NOT staying at this hotel.

When we first arrived the gentleman that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The room looked modern, but it wasn’t clean, nor did it have toilet paper. We had to get toilet paper right away. Housekeeping did a horrible job and we didn’t really notice until after we went swimming. They didn’t clean the pull-out couch. They’re were cheerios and chips on the bed of the pull-out couch.
The pool was gross. There was stuff floating all over in the pool, I don’t know whether it was food or something else. The pool definitely needed some TLC too, the paint on the bottom was chipping.

The rooms are very large and well stocked with a full small kitchen. . The bathrooms are excellant. My king size bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and appreciated. Breakfast in the morning was waffles, eggs, sausages, hot cereal, assorted juices, assorted bagels, muffins and muffins. The breakfast is terrific.
The rooms are a little dated but completely acceptable. This is a great stay for persons visiting Froedert Hospital.
