From check-in to breakfast, it was not very smooth. It felt like the staff was hired temporarily. They didn't know anything, and the experience was not very good. 1. Hotel location: I couldn't find the name of the hotel, so I called the front desk and said they were not Park Hyatt Hotel, but Huaxia Hotel, and later said they were a family; 2. The parking lot was very dark with almost no lights, so I finally chose to park outside the hotel; 3. The overall cleanliness of the room is okay, but the garbage in the bathroom is not thrown away. 相當好，酒店位置非常好，一下高鐵很快就到了，門口就是景區，環境很好。房間裏面設施也很好，布草很舒服，床墊也很棒。下面有幾個小店，吃早餐也不錯，挺方便，關鍵價格美麗，性價比相當高，以後來威海的首選

酒店房間很大，床品很舒適，衞生間夠大，乾濕分離，是我喜歡的明亮度，單獨的梳粧台很nice，酒店服務是很棒的，細緻周到，很麻利，服務意識都非常強，住的很開心，推薦！

房間還可以，衞生挺乾淨的，房間也還可以，交通挺便利的，還可以我覺得挺喜歡的，下次有機會我還會訂，。。

沒有任何服務，基本屬於入住就不管了。 房間潮味超級大，和前台反應了兩次説有人來看看，結果也沒來人。我和朋友兩個人一直咳嗽咳得噁心。

服務態度好，入住後前台服務員親自指引了房間，介紹得明明白白； 外部環境坐落在景區門口；早上起床空氣好好，每呼吸一口都是香甜的。卧室曬進暖暖陽光，像家裡一樣，賊有安全感！ 內部設施不錯，是吸頂花灑！！！地下停車場明亮乾淨免費，享受安靜，又不失方便。 還會回頭再來！
