Good service. Nice and clean accommodations. Highly recommendable hotel, location based. it's in the heart of the mall.
The facilities and amenities are normal. It is good for a few days stay.

地理位置很好，挨着威高廣場，走幾步就是幸福公園。無論看海、去幸福門打卡，還是購物吃飯都非常方便。酒店叫祥泉就是因為有温泉，入住後會贈送温泉票，當然，如果不適應泡大池子就享受不了了。房間一般，一看就是比較老的酒店了，房間之間隔音較差，晚上準備睡覺了卻可以聽到隔壁的聊天兒聲。服務還是不錯的。

一層大廳前台和門前的大爺服務態度很好，房間環境太差了，根本不值這個價錢。訂了兩個一樣的房間，房型和大小確完全不一樣。第二天出門服務員問是否需要打掃，因為是旅遊就晚上回來白天都不在，就説不需要打掃了。結果回來以後發現沒放礦泉水，就去找客房服務人員要，結果那個男客房服務人員明確説你們是小房間衹給一瓶水，而且態度很惡劣。我定的是房間詳情裏面介紹的圖片和實際情況完全不符，典型的欺詐消費者，沒有一次性拖鞋一次性牙刷，刷牙杯都是喝啤酒的塑料杯，房間空間很小，香皂上面都是臟東西，沐浴露都快用完了，屋頂的燈泡居然都壞了沒一個亮的。房間有電蚊香但是沒有蚊香片，去要蚊香片被告知衹能給兩片，因為沒幾片了。這種服務意識能指望提供多麼好的住宿環境。威海是個旅遊大省，這種酒店真的是太差了，攜程上面寫的是三星酒店，和實際情況嚴重不符，建議攜程好好查一查落實酒店真實評分。

當初訂這個酒店就是想離劉公島近一點，到了這裏後發現好像訂在了市中心附近非常的熱鬧，吃飯什麼的都特別方便，前台美女還給我們升級了房間，酒店內部看着應該是那種老牌酒店，但並不影響入住，裏面的服務人員態度都特別的好，有什麼需求跟他們提出都很快幫你解決。這點非常難得。下次再來威海應該還會選擇這裏。

Расположение отеля отличное. На стойке регистрации работают очень доброжелательные сотрудники, которые готовы помочь, спасибо им большое. В стальном мало что понравилось. Номер требует ремонта, все старое. Розетка всего одна. Горничные убирают комнату только после того, как их попросишь, одноразовые гигиенические наборы приносят только после напоминания. Не рекомендовал бы этот отель к проживанию. За такую цену есть более достойные варианты
