Weihai Baina Ruiting Hotel (Weihai Center)

The room was very satisfying, and the staff were dedicated and helpful – they even found my baby's clothes that we'd lost in the restaurant! The location is excellent, the hygiene is good, and the view from the window is beautiful. We'll definitely be back here again!

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, and the gentleman at the entrance was also very friendly and helped with our luggage. The restaurant is spacious, offers a wide variety of dishes, and is very clean.

We booked a family room that my child loved, with a double bed and a slide, and they especially enjoyed the bed upstairs. A huge thank you to Song Xue for coming to help our child even when it was very late. Also, thanks to managers Yan Xiaotong and Zhang Jianmei for their great help during our stay. All in all, it's a very lovely hotel.

Afternoon tea at the 20th floor 365° Ting Panorama Restaurant: The view was indeed beautiful when we went, though it was a bit cloudy. Service: Old Song and Old Wang at the entrance were incredibly helpful when we were leaving, assisting us with our luggage and giving us tips on places to visit. Manager Ma and Manager Zhao at the lobby even gave us fridge magnets, which made the kids super happy.

Located in the same building as Hualian Shopping Mall, this hotel, despite its age, doesn't feel old. The service is excellent and the staff are very service-minded. I was quite satisfied, so I booked the same brand for my trip to Yantai later on.

Extremely, extremely clean! That was the most satisfying aspect. Secondly, the service consciousness was outstanding. Every staff member was attentive: greeting us warmly whenever we met, assisting with the elevator when nearby, crouching down to talk to children, providing tools for beachcombing and digging in the sand, and promptly resolving any issues they could, or offering alternative solutions if they couldn't. A special shout-out to the security guards at the entrance – they were all so welcoming. On the day we checked out, it was pouring rain and our driver was late. The guard in the lobby not only chatted with us and helped us call the car, but also inquired about our stay and assisted with our luggage. We're so grateful! Weihai truly stands out as the city with the best experience among all the tourist destinations we've visited.

Facilities: Very good Hygiene: Clean Environment: Excellent Service: Everyone was very welcoming, whether it was the front desk ladies and gentlemen or the security guards; they all greeted us proactively. The only downside was the smell in the rooms. The treehouse rooms had a lighter smell, but the octopus-themed rooms had a stronger odor. We asked the front desk to send an air purifier, which helped a bit. Overall, the experience was still good, and the kids loved it. We would choose this place again next time we visit Weihai.

All the amenities were perfect, making us feel right at home. Five-star recommendation! The location is unbeatable, close to the metro and shopping areas, making getting around incredibly easy. The room hygiene was meticulous, down to every corner, and the toiletries were high-quality. The service was genuinely warm and thoughtful without being overbearing. The facilities, environment, dining, and service were all flawless. This hotel is now our top choice!

Fantastic location! It's right opposite Weigao Plaza, genuinely in the city center. The sea is just about a 10-minute walk away, and there's Qixia Street, a food street, right next door, so you'll never have to worry about dining or shopping. The hotel itself has that classic, old-school star hotel vibe. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and they even leave handwritten notes daily, which is a really touching gesture in this digital age. Plus, they deliver apples to the room every day, and the breakfast is pretty good too.
