前台小姐姐服務態度很不錯呢，出來跟男朋友旅遊，問了温嶺哪裡好玩好吃，都會一一告訴我們，我平時對衞生挺挑剔的，但是這裏房間也很乾凈衞生，這次入住體驗還是很不錯的，住得很舒服，點贊！！！

整體非常破舊，衞生情況堪憂。
1.房間有異味，一進門就一股腳臭味，久久不能消散
2. 比較臟，地面上污漬較多（圖4）
3. 空調打開一股黴味，根本用不了，空調下面的牆面上都是污漬
4. 每天衹有兩瓶水，額外需要水需要付費，在温嶺住過這麼多酒店，沒有有一家是這樣的，真的大開眼界了
5.千萬不要選內窗，內窗外面直接就是走廊，開的話房間裏説話聲音裏面聽的一清二楚，不開的話又很悶。

住的房間是內窗的，窗户是在房間過道上的，但是房間挺乾淨的，住得還挺舒服，前台態度也很熱情友好，還有洗衣房，雖然要走到五樓，總體下來還是不錯的，下次還會來光顧鋭思特的！

隔音很差，根本沒地方停車。衞生間一股尿騷味很噁心。床頭燈關不掉，一晚亮着沒法睡。房間很悶空調壞的根本不能開，想開窗對着馬路吵不説，紗窗壞的怕蟲子什麼進來。晚上入住前台2個女孩態度很好，第二天早上退房就換了個高冷一族，原先對這家破舊的為一的好映象也盪然無存。600多房費不值。也就200標準，趁着節日哄抬物價。

臨時當天預訂，交通很便利，離温嶺站打車約30分鐘，但是在市中心位置。周邊出行吃飯很方便。酒店外觀真的，一言難盡，哈哈哈，破破爛爛的，但是裏面可以的。對得起價格。整潔衞生。服務也不錯。好評！

房間空間還是挺大的，我們一家三口一起還挺寬闊，衞生也比較乾淨，就是在這邊停車不太方便，晚上來這都沒有停車位，其他都挺不錯的，前台服務也挺不錯

前台服務態度好，房間乾淨衞生，周邊吃飯也很方便，不到50米就有很多吃飯的地方，這兩天下雨了，沒帶雨傘，找前台借了一把，很不錯，推薦
