We were in town for the USAG Hugs meet at the Wiregrass convention center. The location is convenient and the facility seems to be very well-kept. Unfortunately, at breakfast we experienced some extremely rude breakfast attendants. There were several extremely rude comments made such as "I think you should do that at your table" when we were attempting to clean up a mess at the coffee bar. Many of the athletes at breakfast on Sunday morning were autistic and competing at the Hugs meet- I truly hope that the attendants attitude is not a reflection of their feelings toward our children and families. Regardless, it makes us question how welcome we are at the Fairfield.

Manager has to cone to the room to reboot "new" tv that cant be turned on and off...Marriott has solved stolen towel problem..get your towels for $1.99 in the sand paper aisle at Home Depot..could find my reservation but finally when miticing Elite member ran and cane back handing ne a bittle if free wsrer. Built in 2018 this should NOT be a Marriott venue. CLOSE AND RE BRAND.

Very nice hotel... I believe about 6 or 8 years old. Well maintained and friendly. Breakfast isn't fancy but plenty of options and quantities. Window heating and air works from easy to use thermostat and are remarkably quiet. Will stay there again on future trips

Check-in and checkout were easy. The staff at the desk were great. This is a nice, comfortable, convenient place to stay. Not a resort hotel, but the prices are also reflective of that. Nice self-serve breakfast and very clean rooms and areas.

The staff at the hotel is very courteous and is extremely customer focused. They go out of their way to offer their names and let you know they are available with any concerns or questions that may come up.
The property is extremely clean and the breakfast opens up exactly on time.

Conveniently located to shopping and medical facility.
The staff was friendly.
My only complaints are:
1. They had no tissues. (How does a hotel run out of tissues?)
2. The bed was extremely hard. For some people, that may be great. For me, it was uncomfortable.

We’ve been staying at Fairfield when we’re on the road for about a year now because they seem to have renovated quite a lot of their locations making the rooms feel current and fresh! At this specific location though, I found the housekeeping service to be a little inconsistent. We arrived late the first night and we unfortunately found that the bathroom had evidence of the previous guests, but the rest of the room was impecable. The second night when we arrived to find that they have thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, but forgot to make the bed. The third night was great, the bathroom was clean and the bed made. Something that we truly appreciate is that the staff was professional and responsive upon request. We will most likely continue to stay at Marriott’s Fairfield locations when on the road because we are overall very pleased with them.
