It's on Melrose Street, so it's very accessible to places to shop, the neighborhood is safe, and the room has a living room, kitchen, and bedroom, so it's great! I think I will only stay here from now on.

There was a bit of a smell when I went in, but it was okay if I ventilated it. It was nice because it was spacious, and I'm willing to go again next time~ The staff are also friendly

As magnificent as your own home

It is not recommended to make a reservation. The room has a peculiar smell. After changing two rooms, the smell is still very strong. The front desk clerk put on a bad face every day and has a very poor service attitude. I made an appoin**ent for room cleaning and forgot to record it twice. Lightning protection

Plates shouldn't be by request. And after I requested them, they took an hour to send them. So I had to wait an hour to have dinner.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Quiet! But walkable to restaurants and Melrose. Very large rooms. The fire place was the icing on the cake.

Beautiful, well appointed suite with large bathroom, balcony, kitchen and fireplace. Great retro vibe, excellent location, able to walk to many shops and restaurants. Restaurant and bar onsite, daily social hour, friendly and helpful staff.

I was impressed by the staff. Our check-in was fast, friendly and generous. Our bartender at the restaurant was also our room service server and was just a lovely person who was helpful and thoughtful in anticipating our needs

I had a very comfortable room with separate living room, balcony and kitchen, making it great for longer stays. The front desk staff were very helpful, especially Julian who helped me with questions about my booking. The hotel is intimate and the pool area is a rooftop oasis with cabanas that is generally not overcrowded. Kudos to the food staff who run a lovely bar/cafe and efficient room service. They all made me feel at home, especially Otto.

We had a very good stay. The initial room we were given was a bit smaller than our previous stays and the area of the hotel had a musty smell. Upon request they changed our room to a slightly nicer room in an area of the hotel that did not have the musty smell we noticed. The staff was very accommodating. We have stayed here many times before and will stay again

I loved the quietness on the third floor towards the back. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location one block from melrose. Spacious rooms which we needed bc we r family of 5. Our room was apt style. Theres a small restaurant. Not a happening hotel . If u want a grand lobby and ppl watching this is not for u. We picked this hotel bc of the large rooms and location. It’s a quiet hotel with a small lobby . Valet parking is $65 a nite which I feel is robbery . Staff was very nice .

Hotel is located in a safe quiet residential area. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated.
