It is a lovely small hotel. I liked it a lot. Very clean and they welcomed me like a friend. The breakfasts were great. The only thing why I didn’t give them an excellent was, the room was cold and the heater was not working adequately. We had a few very stormy and rainy days, so some heat would have been helful!

Die Lage ist super:2 Minuten zum Strand und zur Fußgängerzone.das Personal ist super nett,die zimmer sind sehr schön.kühlschrank ist im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist ok,nicht sehr viel Auswahl.trotzdem ist es preislich übertrieben.die zimmer sind auf 3 Häuser verteilt und im Moment gibt es davor eine Baustelle. Der Wellnessbereich ist im Keller, ziemlich klein.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein für den hohen Preis. Toilette war nicht ordentlich gereinigt, Kein Bademantel vorhanden, an der Kaffeemaschine gab es keinen Kaffeeweißer. Bei der Rechnung wurde dreimal auf Nachfrage die falsche Adresse eingegeben. Für den Preis absolut nicht in Ordnung.

Wow, meine Frau und ich sind total begeistert. Die Kollegen vom Empfang, Frühstück und alle anderen, waren total lieb und freundlich. Es ist alles sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Direkt im Zentrum und doch Ruhe pur, spazieren, shoppen, essen und die Natur alles erreichbar, ohne Auto!!! Vielen Dank

Gemütliches Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage Westerlands mit kleinem Wellness Bereich und Pool. Das Personal ist, ganz besonders beim Frühstück, sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles in Allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Für einen kurztrip angenehm! War sauber, Frühstück war in Ordnung. Einziger Nachteil war dass die pool- & saunanlage in einem getrennten Gebäude war. Daher in der Kälte halbnackt raus zu ggehen war nicht so angenehm.

Kurzfristig habe ich den Jahreswechsel auf Sylt verbringen wollen. Mit einem Vorlauf von lediglich zwei Tagen konnte mir das Hotel Sylter Blaumuschel meinen Wunsch erfüllen. Die Kommunikation läuft stets schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert ab. Ich habe einige wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht. Das Hotel ist zentral, dennoch ruhig gelegen und der Aufenthalt macht einfach Spaß. Hier wird viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt. Die Betten sind wunderbar hoch, mit erstklassigen Matratzen. Die Zimmer ordentlich und sauber. Der Spa Bereich ist toll; man kann hier wunderbar relaxen. Das Personal des gesamten Hotels ist äußerst kundenfreundlich und familiär. Man fühlt sich einfach pudelwohl. Da kein Parkplatz mehr zur Verfügung stand, hat der Chef kurzerhand seinen eigenen Parkplatz geräumt. So etwas erlebt man nicht häufig und es trägt dazu bei, dass man aufgrund der großen Zufriedenheit jederzeit wieder gerne hier einkehrt. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt jedem Gast empfehlen.

Typische Sylt Pension , mehrere Gebäude(3), sehr gepflegt. Netter Empfang, wenn auch etwas norddeutsch, also ohne Euphorie. Zimmer sehr klein, aber alles drin, was man zum übernachten braucht. Kleines Badezimmer, sogar mit Badewanne. Größtes Mankp: KEIN Warmwasser. War seit mehreren Tagen schon so, Techniker hatte keine Zeit bis dato . Wurde NICHT beim Empfang erzählt und morgens steht man dann da und duscht kalt, geht natürlich nicht bei Zimmerpreisen von 200 Euro ++. Darüber muss man bei Anreise und Einchecken gleich persönlich informiert werden, und es muss einen Ausgleich geben. Flasche Sekt als Entschuldigung oder Preis runter von 220 auf 150 Euro. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral in Westerland, sehr gut. Frühstück war auch ok, netter Service und frischer Kaffee. Betten waren sehr gut, man hat gut geschlafen. Wellnessbereich wurde angeboten.
