Stayed 2 nights with my partner, Our room was on the top floor, 3 flights of stairs to climb, and for someone with any disability not good, We did ask but there were no other rooms available, Room tired needs re vamped, Towels were old and frayed in bathroom, Walls are paper thin so you hear everything. Asked the next morning if we could be moved and were told they would check, We went out for breakfast as it says.. 12 Euro on site but is actually 15, According to reception they rang me twice but I had no missed calls. On return we had been moved to ground floor. My night ware had disappeared, so went to reception no one was there Rang the bell for someone but very poorly staffed. On the up side the beds are comfortable

I was travelling with my husband in a wheelchair. I booked an accessible room in the annexe Tuskar House. The room was nice and the bathroom appeared to be brand new with a walk in shower. There were no grab handles at all and my husband could not manag3 the lavatory without them. Fortunately we had a pee bottle but the bathroom was hopeless.

We had a wonderful overnight stay before catching the early morning ferry. Check in was very easy the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean ,the shower was very good just the way we like it . Breakfast the next morning was Cooked to order and was just delicious @6.30am .We also as recommended by the receptionist had a lovely walk along the cliff top and visited the love secret garden too. Looking forward to our return in December.

We booked this B&B as it is right next to the ferry at Rosslare. We had an early morning crossing and didn't want the stress of driving to the ferry from a distance. My thinking was something like 'well, whatever it's like it is only one night'. After staying there, my note to self is never to do that again! There looked much nicer B&B's on the road to Rosslare and Wexford is only 20 minutes drive away (which I hadn't realised). The room and bathroom were old, the carpet had masses of stains. The towels in the bathroom were old and frayed and one had orange stains over half of it. The TV didn't get the channels they said it did and the heating wasn't working. The bottom of the walls were blistered (damp?), the sink plughole rusty...I could go on. There was nowhere nice around to eat out. One positive thing - the bed was clean.

This place knows its business - travellers arriving off the ferry. A warm welcome and a decent room. The bathroom was dated but ok. It was clean and the tv had decent channels - although had a habit of turning itself on unexpectedly! Breakfast was good - but extra cost, hence few people. There is a new decent bar/restaurant just opened next door which is where you need to be for the eventing.

I couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the room. It was immaculate and comfortable. I was in an attic room with a skylight. The receptionist was delightfully charming when I checked in. I got a courtesy call to see if I was on my way too. The only negatives were the thin walls which meant I could hear my neighbours merrily chatting away until late and they also slammed their door repeatedly. The height of the shower head was not really suitable for someone over 5’6”, hence I had to lean backwards to wash my hair! That aside, the price was under 90 euro which is remarkably reasonable for Ireland which is generally very expensive for hotel accommodation.

When we arrived we were greater by Elaine....( I think that was her name!) I explained our conversation. Firstly I had to explain that we had already paid. Secondly she started to hand out keys and insisted that room 17 was for me and my partner. I asked and she said that 17 was in fact a double. I explained that I was with my partner and so understood that a double was for single occupancy. She said no that is definitely for you. I thought maybe it was a special room. I was tired and am normally a very compliant guest so I let it go. We all then asked about breakfast and she said your best off going to a café , there are plenty around. We said OK where are they and when do they open? She said across the road next to the supermarket opens at 8.00 am and you'll have more choice than here. I then explained this to my disappointed group of 8 guests. So we arrived in the room to find a small double. We have driven 260 miles and completed a ferry crossing so we just said OK we'll sleep anyway.. After a night of hardly sleeping for fear of falling put of bed both my partner and I got up very tired. We then gathered or friends and went across the road for 8.00 am as we needed to set off. The cafe was closed. Opens at 09.30. So we went in the supermarket had hand held snacks and wandered around eating outside. We discussed our small bed with our friends to discover that those qhi had single occupancy in the twin rooms had kingsize doubles. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. We paid a top rate, in advance for what we had hoped would be a restful night. Instead we got a sleepless night, a rubbish breakfast and nowhere to sit an relax to plan our day. I emailed to say that I would be posting this as a very negative review in a few days and nobody replied I
