The front desk folks were friendly and pleasant. The room was adequate but very outdated and in desperate need of maintenance. The shower tub drained very slowly and the bathroom needed work. The dining area and lobby were nicely updated. Breakfast was decent as well. Adequate for a quick 1 night stay.

It was dirty, not everything in the room worked, the remote had no back, it was okay at most

The only working ice machine was on the third floor. We only found one working elevator. It was advertised to have a workout room but didn’t disclose it was under construction and as soon as we checked in to our room it was clear the restroom hadn’t been cleaned and there was hair remaining in the shower. Overall disappointing. We will not be staying here again.

There was urine in the elevator, someone smoking crack in one of the adjacent rooms and stains inside the room. THE STAFF WAS SO SWEET AND NICE THOUGH I PROMISE

Then sink was broken and water wouldn't turn off. Sink leaked and had to use towels to clean it up. Bar server wasnt very friendly. Shenwas more wkrried about going home than the customers
