Overall it was bigger and cleaner than nearby hotels. The price is very high, the surrounding environment is good, the room is big enough. The facilities in the various rooms are very good, the reception staff is also very enthusiastic, a little farther away from the city, traffic is more convenient when driving.

Excellent service very clean

The hotel operated by the Indians, because the location is close to the office, so book this hotel, but the sheets are washed by the washing machine of the hotel, a little taste, not too clean. On the last day, there were bugs, and I was smashed by two bags. I couldn’t go on for half a month!

We had a wonderful one night stay! The room was fresh and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast at the on-site restaurant in the lobby the next morning. We each had a combo that comes with eggs prepared how you like them, hash browns, toast, your choice of meat (sausage, bacon, or ham), coffee and your choice of juice. We both enjoyed the breakfast and thought it was a great value. Our waitress could not have been better! This area also has a small bar with a big screen TV. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

We stayed for a week and found the staff very service-oriented. We were consistently greeted by the front desk staff and the restaurant server Theresa. . When we called about a nest of stranded baby geese we could see from our window, the manager Lucy Flores went above and beyond to arrange to relocate them that day. Our room was very clean and quiet. The hotel location was excellent with nearby restaurants, Oak Brook and access to expressways. The free coffee in the lobby weekday mornings was especially good. - a bonus! The fact that there was a living room space meant family could come visit us there. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful, natural setting. We were looking for a retreat center to host a couples' retreat. The Hyatt Lodge was recommended. Could not have asked for a better setting. Staff was warm and welcoming and attended to our every question and need. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean, and the banquet food was good. Also had a few meals at the restaurants, which were good.
