Veronica and Jessica were very courteous and helpful. All employees were very nice. The beds are comfortable, this place was very clean. The soap smells great.

Our room was very clean and didn't have a heavy smell of disinfectant as did other places where we stayed recently. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had an 8 lb ham that I was bringing to my family's Christmas Party and I needed a place to store it overnight. I was allowed to keep it in the restaurant's refrigerator and it stayed perfectly cold. The hotel was close to I 294 and 83 so traveling around the area was quick and easy. Also a shout out to a great breakfast place, the Egg Harbor Cafe just down the street from our room. All in all a very pleasant experience.

This hotel is so convenient for us as we live in the western suburbs. It’s clean and well kept. Front desk workers were so cool and it was a great experience for my wife and I.

Overall, a very nice hotel, and certainly an excellent value for the price. Like most hotels, things do not necessarily remain in perfect condition as it is hard for maintenance to keep up with even incidental wear.

My stay was ok. My only issue was no microwave in the room but it had a fridge. The safe in the room was pointless when someone from the staff can access it.
