A very clean and tidy B&B, pillows and bed very comfy and the breakfast (full English) was great. Stayed so that we could get to Ascot Races so location good. The owner was very friendly and helpful, will defiantly stay again.

We booked the Sadlers Guest House to enable us to go to Royal Ascot for the day. Excellently placed to catch the train from Winnersh station direct to Royal Ascot - we were there in 15 minutes. The guest house itself was welcoming, inviting, exceptionally clean and perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order. Our host was friendly, helpful and gave a top tip for a pub within walking distance of the B&B (The Walter Arms). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend the accomodation to anyone.

Perfect B&B with the perfect host. Nancy could not have been lovelier and really helpful. Sadly only stayed one night but the room was set out with everything needed, very clean, tidy all finished off the following morning with a home cooked breakfast. Thank you again Nancy.

My husband and I stayed here for one night before heading to Wales to visit family. We chose Sadlers because it was only a half hours drive from Heathrow and the TA reviews were great. We were greeted warmly by Nancy upon arrival and were happy to see that our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and quiet. The bathroom was huge, with a tub and shower and the towels were big and fluffy. Having a full, English breakfast is something we always look forward to on our first day in an England and we weren’t disappointed, it was excellent. French press coffee, warm toast, jam, marmalade-and of course, the full egg, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, etc. Parking was easy and safe and the proximity of the guest house to the motorway was perfect for us, we hope to return to Sadlers on our next trip to the UK.

Good place ,convenient, ample parking, clean and a nice host !! Nothing to complain!! Had a pleasant stay, nice home made english breakfast! In all ways a good stay . What more you can ask for ! Thank you
