No coffee in the lobby at all, was directed to make in my room . Walls thin, I woke up cause I heard my neighbors alarm clock at 3 am

Ok to start the pool looks beautiful on the website, in reality the ceiling was moldy and literally dripping into the pool. The paint was peeling off the walls. The room was old but clean and the bed was comfy. Very creepy unlit area and the signage for the main entrance was lacking. The buffet was decent and workers were pleasant. As we were leaving we noticed a few cars packed with clothes and junk. Very disappointing experience. Thankfully it was a one and done thing for an event. Never again!

Super easy check in, delightful staff all around. Breakfast spread in Arrowhead is wonderful and perfectly priced. Perfect homebase from Bradley for back and forth to 845 NY work schedule weekend.

We were in the room for an hour. Killed 1 spider, 2 little black bugs and then checked out after we saw 2 roaches

Service in restaurant/bar was terrible. One waitress for the whole room. Waited about 2 hrs to finally get all our food. Had steak and it was probably the worst I had in a long time. Didn’t send back because I didn’t want to wait longer. For service this bad I will not usually leave a good tip to waitress but felt so bad for her when she told us that they won’t hire anyone else. But I left 15% for her. Went to front desk and there was no one there. Will never stay here again.

The people who work there are great. But, the hotel itself is a little rundown, even for a budget hotel. The most annoying thing about the hotel is the constant smell of marijuna. It is so intense, it is the first thing you smell getting out of the car in the parking lot, it’s in the lobby, and really bad on the second floor. You sleep with the smell coming into your room.

We have been trying to get a microwave since checking in. Ridiculous. Yes, we have been told that the microwaves are locked up because people still them. What does that have to do with us? We paid our bill and paid a deposit fee. There needs to be a better system then holding the microwaves hostage. Next time, we are going to the Hampton Inn. Considering the overall experience, the tradeoff is not worth the aggravation.
