All the staff i encountered were very friendly. Parking is valet only but the valet guys always were quick to bring my vehicle (I never waited more than five minutes even when they were busy. The room was very comfortable and quiet which is my two musts in a hotel. Security was very visible which was comforting. I always travel with just a carry on so I always need to do laundry. The laundry area was very clean and cost just $1.50 per load. Breakfast was your typical waffles, cereal, and muffin variety but it was free so no complaints here. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I never woke up achy like you do sometimes in a different bed. My only gripe was the shower head (which seems to be a standard at all the Hiltons I’ve stayed at). It doesn’t put out a lot of water pressure but if you stand there long enough you’ll get clean eventually! Very comfortable place to spend the week.

I've been doing meetings for over 35 years and I must say, this hotel did everything right and then some! From the moment I walked in to the time I left, I knew I was in good hands. The event team was amazing! Nothing, and I mean, NOTHING was missed. The food was amazing as was the service and attention to detail! Having to get picked up at 3:30 am is a challenge anywhere but the freeway was closed for construction, so I was worried to say the least. I just mentioned this to Eric at the front desk and he made arrangements with ”Nick the dependable” taxi driver. At 3:25 Nick was there and I was on my way. Just perfect from beginning to end!

Business hotel. Clean, bright rooms that are quite spacious. Great wifi. Beautiful outdoor area. Large gym with indoor spa. Starbucks in the lobby opened from 6AM to 6PM which was a plus. Friendly bar area with decent food offerings. Food at a business event/meeting was very good. Attentive and friendly staff. Only negative is that restaurant closes at 11AM and does not open until dinner. If working from hotel you cannot have lunch unless you opt for a Starbucks sandwich.

the staff is a great group of people and I have nothing but awesome things to say about my stay at this place. I was hospitalized for a few days before I came here of a stroke.And if I needed anything they were happy to help me. Also while I was trying to get better I had to go back to the hospital again.They were very nice to me when I got back and made me feel much better about everything I have been through and never got a bad feeling for all i put them through My stay here will be highly recommend . We were here for a wedding. My girlfriend called the hotel to get a special group discount on the condition that a certain number of guests book a room in the name of the group (I don't remember the specific number of people, maybe five people), If there is enough people, you can upgrade to a suite in addition to the discount on the price. We stayed in the suite and it felt great! This is a Courtyard hotel, so there is absolutely no mistake about choosing here, and this hotel is better than the ordinary Courtyard hotel. The room was very nice, the pool was the same, but there was no hot tub: (There are a lot of food around, and there are restaurants to choose from in the hotel. It takes about 20 minutes to drive through the mountain (Topanga Canyon) to the beach. There are many shops near the hotel, and I said that the neighborhood refers to a little more than one kilometer to three public. Within the range. We are very satisfied with this stay, but we may not be willing to pay the full price to stay at this hotel, which is completely acceptable if it is lower than the government designated price.

The location is the only thing good about this hotel. If you stay in the back rooms there alot better then the frontvof the hotel. That needs to be renovated especially for the price of the hotel. The staff was friendly overall never had a problem
