My ratings are based on the off-season value. The price was excellent for my January stay. Spacious and clean; 5-star bed. I intend to book the Silver Gull again.

While the property is definitely dated, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic...even on New Years Eve and early New Years Day.

Great location but rooms was not very clean like they should have been. First room had to be switched, was human hair on the beds and in draws, floors not clean. second room was not any cleaner. Office not open 24 hours so if need help no one available at night. The elevator broke and had to constantly use the stairs, very inconvenient. But overall a good stay. I would stay again to see if it's better next time . Maybe it will be and I can give a better review. Just being honest here.

This was a unique little place to stay. Beautiful area. Although a little worn out it was clean, well kept and comfortable.

Took my wife on a weekend getaway for her birthday. Sits right on the beach, rooms didn't smell musty or have an old smell but smelled clean. Supplied with plenty of towels, dishes and silverware. Full size fridge and oven which was really nice. Balcony with seating also a full size Deck right off of our floor with plenty of sitting. Our sliding door was close to the beach you could hear the waves. Very relaxing. Close to the pier but costs $2 just to walk on pier. Very quiet, relaxing place to stay. A parking deck is provided, local small shops within walking distance. No major restaurants within walking but that's what we like. Really nice place to stay. This is a great place for older couples or quiet place just to get away. Our new favorite place to relax for sure.

I was on a road trip and headed to the Silver Gull late-ish at night. I didn't realize that the front desk closed at 11p. They called me to let me know and I made it just in time. The staff was kind and the check-in / check-out process was easy. For the room I had, the price was excellent. I was a 30 second walk to the beach / pier. Beautiful sunrise. Only wish I had more time to spend here.

Upon checking in, the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Very efficient and cordial. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was very clean. Very clean. Linens freshly laundered and beds quite comfy. No noise from neighbors rooms, etc. Very good value here.

It was a clean motel, everyone was very nice, and I liked putting the trash and laundry outside your door each morning instead of having someone come in the room.
