Best Spa Hotel in Wroclaw

Completely overrun, standing for hours at the reception, rooms are only available in the evening, no parking in the parking house is available for guests ( is used as a public parking house). So who wants to stay here at Christmas time should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is worth it in any case. Unfortunately mass dealing . The rooms are clean and ordened and the staff will try their best. Ps. Who books Trip.com should be careful that the booking settings do not change during the booking process. The price changes and you are there without breakfast. After two attempts, we had decided to book breakfast on site, price was still acceptable.

Nice hotel . Great.position. Nice rooms . Clean. Only spoiled by top offparking charge which check in did not warn us about. This may have been due to stress over horrendous building site mouse in hotel. But l did ask about parking and staff were vague about the cost. We got abadty shock as cost per day was almost the same as the room. Wyndham have no customer service for Europe so my attempts to contact them failed.

I booked because the location was good and the reviews for breakfast were good. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Free unlimited coffee and tea, quick check in, warm and clean room with very little noise from outside given its proximity to the city center. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. The breakfast was amazing! Everything from cheese and salad to waffles, scrambled eggs, polish sausage and spinach cake! The hot waffles and spinach cake were the best! When leaving at 5 am Monday morning there was a packed lunch ready for us to take on our flight. Much appreciated. We didn't use the pool and sauna. We will definitely be back to stay in future. The staff were super helpful also and it was all in all a very nice relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel is fantastic. All was perfect from the localization (back to the cathedral), accommodation (nice room with great view and wonderful bed), tasty breakfast and helpful staff. The view from the well-kept spa is an incredible and unforgettable. However, to be an idealistic one it should be adult only or +16 (as an option spa should be open only for adults). Moreover, the spa should be open at the morning (6-11 am) and afternoon (4-11 pm). On Mon-Sat it works at 4-9 pm only.

The room was very large and beautiful! !! As expected Hilton! Breakfast was also very delicious with various menus.

I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the atmosphere had a really Christmas spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Christmas the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. I had blue skies and sunshine every day The Hotel received five stars this year as unique in the world as AC Hotel by Marriott If this hotel has five stars of course it is in relation to the standard, the historical buildings, the location in the city ,the decoration and the extremely comfortable Rooms and facilities , I always enjoy the pool 29 degrees and jacuzzi 34 degrees all year around. but what makes the big difference is the professionalism of the whole team For example at the front desk, the team is always very nice and professional I would like to thank Daria who was there for our check-in she was as always nice and kind On top of all Marlena did an exceptional job during our stay, she is very responsive and efficient, extremely professional and always smiling I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and congrats the housekeeping teams who are making an exceptional job, the rooms are always very clean. Patrycja who was on vacation , is always making sure that guest will receive the best service ever , she organized in advance and gave all the instructions before my arrival to respond to all my requests Patrycja is a gem for this hotel Every morning it was a real feast at breakfast which is always delicious with new things to discover and to taste each time I come back Breakfast have a large choices with high quality The breakfast team is also very professional, thanks to Ada, kinga but particularly to Katja who does a remarkable job thank you Katjia for an extremely good service and your kindness. The hotel is in a great location about 10 minutes to old town, very clean and staff were helpful and friendly (particular in Winestone restaurant…. Food also very good) However our room was stiflingly hot, with no air circulation…. The air con only pumped hot air despite complaining about it several times…. It was extremely uncomfortable to be in….. yes they bought us a fan which helped a bit but I actually dreaded going to sleep because of the heat! Also booked through Hotels.com including breakfast yet when we arrived I had to pay for breakfast for my son (and not at the discounted Hotels.com rate Mini fridge was also useless…..might as well had not been plugged in.

Just returned from a long weekend in Wroclaw, staying 3 nights in the HP Park Plaza. We were really happy with our choice, the hotel is clean and modern with super friendly staff. We had breakfast at the hotel and the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet was impressive so would recommend using this facility. The hotel it's self is a pleasant short walk into the old town where most of the bars and restaurants are concentrated. We've been on a few city breaks to east european city's now and Wroclaw and the HP Park Plaza are as good as anywhere we've been, Lots to see and the prices are still favourable compared to the UK. Give it a try , doubt you'll be disappointed.

Good option for Wroclaw. It is not in the very center, but a 10 minutes walk and you are there. The hotel is nice, with a good spa, and the room is very comfortable. Loved the Lalique shower gel and shampoo. The staff is nice, welcome drink is a plus, breakfast is good. It will not blow your mind, but you will be happy.
