While the hotel itself was fine (bit run down and in need of maintenance) and the staff was friendly and helpful, it was frustrating that every single activity for kids (except the soft play area) was extra charge. Also, both outdoor pools were empty and this was not mentioned anywhere before booking. This was disappointing as the kids looked forward to swimming. At least the indoor pool was open. The screen golf area was also changed to a kids arcade area, so no golf. Breakfast buffet was good and the executive lounge access is highly recommended.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the service is attentive. The bathroom has all kinds of toiletries and the bedding is very comfortable. I don't want to get up in the morning. The surrounding scenery is very beautiful, but unfortunately I was going for an exam this time, I didn't have time to play, and I didn't even have time to eat the hotel's breakfast. After the results come out, if I pass the exam, I will go to have fun for two days and stay in this hotel. Ha ha.
