和盆友專門來武漢來玩 選中了這家酒店 酒店確實衞生乾淨，床很舒適 前台服務小黃熱情會告知路線怎麼遊玩很贊👍🏻交通很便利，離地鐵六號線非常近。生活用品很齊全，房間衞生也很乾凈。出門對面就有吃飯的地方，並且味道也很不錯。

酒店真心不錯，客房乾淨整潔，前台小黃服務熱情周到，。住在柏納酒店感覺很温馨，餐廳大叔和幾位客房服務大姐都非常熱情，有時候還幫忙提行李。酒店位置很好，離地鐵站十分鐘，距離江漢路就2km，到景點交通便捷。

房間總體來説乾淨，前台服務人員態度主動耐心，環境隔音效果不理想，第一晚下半夜一直有點噪音，貌似水泵一直運轉，從而影響休息。

1，這次過來比上次有很大改變。
2，前台專業，有發票
3，有水有茶包
4，洗去用品質量有提高，一次性馬桶墊很用心
5，早餐品類雖然少，但基本能滿足需求
總之，前台小米很熱情周到，酒店還是依舊的乾淨、清爽、服務人員特別熱情，滿意的一次入住！
