1.訂的大床房，到店就問能否換為一個標間（兩小床）或給我一個一樓的大床房。我擔心太吵，故同意了第一個提議。
2.房間隔壁是個廚房，估計是做夜宵類的，抽煙機、爐火呼呼的聲音搞到凌晨1點左右才結束，我感覺我那會兒就躺人家廚房裡。
3.空調控制面板老舊，一會兒能打開，一會兒又開不了。半夜調個温度又開不了了。
4.衞生情況不好，馬桶蓋子老往下扣。
