I want to give a good compliment to the service of this hotel. When I first arrived at the door of the hotel, there was an uncle security guard who came to help with the luggage. The lady at the front desk was very warm and polite. After checking in for me, I gave the room again after ten minutes. Calling to ask me if I have enough water to drink, it is very sweet anyway! The young ladies at the front desk are very nice, but unfortunately I can’t remember the names of so many people, hhhh and then the aunt in the room is also very kind, knowing that it’s inconvenient for me, they told me to keep me warm, really It feels like home~ This time I came to Wuhan and I was really happy and worth it. I really highly recommend everyone to experience it!

Parking is very convenient, and the lobby smells good. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and the room was spacious, bright and clean. The floor-to-ceiling windows have a nice view and will come again! highly recommended!

It’s so convenient to have breakfast when you get up and go downstairs in the morning. The free parking lot at the door is very convenient. The bed in the room is comfortable and the staff are very enthusiastic. There is a faint fragrance when entering the hotel, which is very comfortable.

這個酒店樓層總高四層，這是第二次到這個酒店了，衹因就近而已，第一次定了兩個標間，到店説衹留了一個標間，另外一個賣了，一直給我打太極，扯了很久換了兩大大床，想想大家都是同行，也不説什麼了。這次更離譜，定的單間，上面顯示會員免費升級，升級在天梯旁邊，一晚上上下電梯運行聲，樓下車輛跑的摩擦聲，早上小商販的叫賣聲，一晚上睡着就會被驚醒，鬧騰一宿。處理意見也是打太極，看了一下他們的好評怎麼來的，突然看到一個熟人好評，居然是他們宜尚其它店工作人員好評，原來他們的好評都是用他們其它店的工作人員刷出來的，建議攜程好好查一下，房間裝修很差，傢俱和一些用具都很差，和招待所沒有大的區別，不知道東程集團派誰驗收的，裏面有什麼內幕我就不説了。強烈不推薦入住……

網上看評價先過來的，位置方便，以前也住過宜尚感覺都挺舒服的，這家店服務很好，熱情，還幫我拿東西。遞茶水，房間的衞生也很乾凈，整體很滿意，下次還會推薦這家酒店。
