We had an awesome time at this hotel. The service staff offers good advise. Bed is big and nice. We did not carry our luggage upstairs to the bedroom. Just bring up whatever you need. Should have stayed a few more days in this place.

Beautiful hotel. Service is okay but not what you would expect from a five star accommodation. The lounge / bar was closed. Only one restaurant which seemed to be only open for breakfast dine-in. We could order in though. Everything was very slow paced. Overall, the hotel felt a bit deserted, which could be great for some travellers...

勞動節前3天突然興起，約上兩家大人一起去無錫玩，先生突然看到了這家酒店，別墅設計的房間，想帶父母體驗下，於是速度定了3天2晚，3間。
【入住前溝通】因為帶父母一起出行，所以習慣提早聯繫酒店，請他們預留毗鄰的3間房間，同時諮詢了加床事宜，酒店確認需求非常絲滑。
【管家服務】入住前，提前加了管家微信，全程都是管家lasa為我們提供服務，非常感謝，管家響應速度非常快，無微不至的服務讓我們整個出行的感受度非常好。
【加床】值得一提的是，他們家的加床服務非常合理，500一晚，但是包含一份早餐。加床可以放在一樓，空間足夠。
【早餐】早餐我家基本7:30左右結伴出行，餐廳人不多，選擇雖然不算多，但是麪條、小餛飩都是新鮮煮的，澆頭選擇挺多的，味道很不錯。
【住房情況】這個季節，挺涼快的，沒什麼蟲子，但是主要是入住以後要注意隨手關門，或者拉上紗窗，不然1樓肯定有蟲子會跑進來。會提供防蚊液，用完更換也很方便。房間非常寬敞，樓上樓下都有洗手間和淋浴，挺方便的。歐舒丹的洗護。
【服務】實際上整個園區的風景很園林，但是略微缺少養護，本來以為勞動節人手少，降低了對酒店服務的預期，畢竟也要體諒高峯，結果無論是出行用的短駁車，還是客房清潔打掃，酒店的員工們都帶着親切的微笑服務，下雨了會貼心幫忙停在屋檐下，真的挺用心的，出行到融創茂，也能送到最近的門，還會貼心告知回來的接駁點描述，非常方便。
【特色服務】他們家有小船體驗，非常棒，因為人手不多，船也不多，需要提前和管家預約，可以選擇從大堂送到房間，也可以選擇預約來房間接，送大堂，挺有意思的體驗，掌船的大姐也很親切。
【題外話】實際上，本來這次出行前，看了小紅書、點評、攜程上也有不少不好的評價，心裏有點打退堂鼓，但是實際出行以後，真的覺得不錯，並沒有他們説得那麼差，尤其是酒店服務，幫忙送我們的小哥哥還有大叔們一個個都很親切周到，真的非常感謝！
所以長文描述下我的真實親身感受，供大家參考。

本來看了評論有點擔心，但真實體驗大大超乎預期，酒店房間乾淨整潔，佈局舒適，服務效率高，很久沒有見到那麼多笑容了，服務態度超好，謝謝管家Lilian，酒店大自然面積很大，空氣凈化器，很適合帶寵物來，btw，搖擼船的體驗感拉滿

房間很好，很大，有獨立的小院子，硬件非常不錯，挑高極好，很通透，是真別墅的感覺，不是那種loft的感覺。可以乘船入住，狗子坐船非常開心。Tom和Lilian的服務到位，相應快速。

我們入住的是河景別墅，每個房間都是二層，樓上卧室帶陽台，一樓前門是院後門是河，可以坐船入户。入住後加管家微信，24小時服務。服務非常到位貼心，幾乎是有求必應。非常適合一家老小來度假休閑，園內景色非常美，林中散步，河邊抓魚，陽台看着小橋流水，喝着茶，愜意的不得了。
