因為參加無錫宛山湖馬拉松入住的，第一次遇到上午十點半就被迫退房的。為了洗澡休息不得不再花錢買了三個小時鐘點房。賽前酒店還承諾下午三點退房，投訴到賽事組委會，工作人員協調下現在連提前退房的事情也不認賬。這種沒有誠信的酒店就不要開了。

衞生間不怎麼乾淨，一一次性拖鞋要翻箱找，店家故意的吧，早上辦入住電話都不接。很不方便，綜合評價太一般般。

超棒的房間。 到無錫東站比較晚，發現自己弄錯了，之前訂的旅店在無錫站附近，就取消了重新找個近的。 沒有看任何評價，累癱的我隨便搜的，結果意外驚喜。非常乾淨，佈置也非常好，好幾處都有鮮花擺放。電視洗衣機灶台等設備一應俱全，我覺得都能長住了。
