從早上十點到下午三點，這之間一直在等客房管家安排，帶着小孩非常不方便。管家還説我們沒弄清楚不是他們家的客人，真的非常無語，不知道他們怎麼安排的，體驗感巨差，位置偏，沒啥人，三兩女生不建議入住。牙刷等都沒按人數配齊，有事聯繫管家等不到回覆，如果香好好放鬆不要遇到糟心事兒還是直接訂酒店好

公司同事團建，訂了總共7套房，預訂部的客服人員服務態度很好，客房很滿意基本和圖片沒差別，很寬敞很舒服，我們還以為沒有麻將桌，其實是有的，很開心。設施設備齊全

宣傳圖片整得像大酒店，其實是在一個偏遠的小區裏，沒有自駕車交通非常不便！整體體驗較差，衞生間天花板滴水，洗衣機也漏水，漏得整個陽台濕透，清理到半夜12點！管家服務意識欠缺，漏水讓我找物業，洗衣機壞了讓我打洗衣機客服熱線，就是不願上門處理，每日不主動打掃衞生，晚上讓管理家送個洗衣粉也不願送到房門口，衹肯放在一樓大堂地板上，烏漆麻黑讓自己下來取！整體性價比超低，服務意識差，價格偏高，請謹慎選擇！小心避坑！

開車來的，有停車位很方便，衞生方面還是需要加強點，沙發上臟了兩片黃印也不知道是什麼，反正也沒坐，面積挺大的空調熱的也很快。房內6瓶水喝茶完全夠用。

衞生可以很乾凈打理很清楚，就是陽台有一些沒人用的枕頭沒收走，希望酒店可以注意一下，設施設備齊全，我們自己帶了吃的用電磁爐吃火鍋，玩下來很滿意
