1、服務態度很好，這是第二次入住。
2、酒店位置在樓棟裏面，打車司機不進來，都去路邊等
3、衞生還可以，但今天房間有蟲子，我胳膊了被咬了，身上也癢。
4.説下洗衣機房，牆上掛有白板留言提示，但白板筆不知道多久了，已經寫不出字。重點説下洗衣機，破破爛爛的，我衣服洗了一晚上，第二天早晨去取，結果洗衣機裏面都是水，衣服在水裡泡了一夜。工作人員説，烘乾功能壞了，如果使用洗衣加烘乾功能，會一直洗，定時時間到了就自動關機。然後衣服就會泡在水裡。讓我用甩幹功能，拿到房間晾着。周邊無任何提示，我本來都要退房的，無奈在房間等衣服幹。
5、馬桶也破舊，上面斑斑點點，我想拉si，實在坐不下去，夾到了機場。
6、以上內容，在咸陽機場衞生間馬桶上完成。

有一説一。
打電話問投影儀電視不能打開，服務員直接説暫時壞了，代表一開始就把壞的設備的房間開給我。雖然後來換了，但是感覺很差。
洗衣機自助洗結果放進去衣服打濕了後門竟然關不上，也是壞的，弄的衹好手洗大半天。早知道就不洗了。
房間自動門簾壞的，用手還不容易打開。
床上還有頭髮。
床邊充電插座壞的。
健身室設備也是壞的。
不知道那麼多好評怎麼來的，也不知道是真的都被我遇上還是壞了很久沒打算整理的打算。服務態度再好，設備老舊就是硬傷!
其餘早餐還不錯品種豐富。

床品舒適，服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，尤其是客服小劉幫我們安排了雙床房，床都是1.35的比較寬，睡的很舒適，小朋友很喜歡！還送了小朋友拖鞋和牙刷，一次性馬桶墊等，非常細節，房間居然還配備有免費使用的大雨傘！很驚喜，很細緻的酒店服務！

酒店乾淨衞生，空間也很大，浴室廁所分開的乾濕分離。
也有夜燈，上廁所會感應自動亮起，很人性化

❤️房間很大，鳥籠沙發也很大，成年人睡也沒問題。
❤️有浴缸和淋浴，方便帶孩子出行的家庭。也有塑料拖鞋，方便洗澡時候穿。
❤️屋子裡空調不錯，冬天在屋子裡也挺暖和的。
❤️早餐、上下午茶、夜宵都特別好。主打一個“家”的温馨。屬於你啥時候想吃口東西，去了都有阿姨親切地和你説“想吃點啥啊？”這種。讓人特別温暖。
説一下覺得可以繼續改進的：
😊有衣服架子，但沒有浴袍。
😊廁所和洗澡間的分別在床的兩邊，這種佈局第一次見。
😊洗手池上沒有擦手巾。
總體來説，對於這個價位，以及這個地理位置來説，真的是太棒啦！

酒店門口就是地鐵四號線，對面是四海唐人街，出行很方便，前台小杜還幫我免費升級房間，還送了兩份早餐，相比這個價位很划算了，很滿意
