酒店設施完善，衞生，24小時熱水供應，熱水器出水量大，環境優美清靜，卧具使用特別的舒服，使人入睡快，安穩。免費送礦泉水，還有微波爐方便加熱使用。電吹風超級好用！此店最大優點是服務周到細緻，為顧客想得多做得多！我們東西多，小經理到站免費接送我們，象老朋友似的熱情幫我們拿重的行！早上還送我們愛心早餐！祝此家老闆生意興隆財源廣進！

提前聯繫了老闆，發了詳細的路線圖和電話，晚上十一點多到站老闆很神速的接招視頻説怎麼走，幫忙拿行李，暖心告知有礦泉水隨便喝，毛巾都是獨立包裝，環境好，乾淨，老闆熱心，帶娃出來娃很放心安全，增添了對西安的好感，下次來必須回住，介紹同事來。

這是我西安洛陽自行遊以來住的最安靜最有人情味的酒店，酒店老闆小武先生下了高鐵不管你多晚都來接你，出門旅遊晚上回來也照接不誤早上出門還負責送到高鐵站，這麼細心周到的服務還是第一次遇到。真是太感動了，房間又安靜又乾淨，坐落在小區裏面，晚上睡得可舒服了，遠離城市的喧囂盡享安靜的夜晚。值得五星好評，強力推薦。
