賓館價格便宜，平民價，民居樓，老闆大叔説話很客氣，樓道沒有燈黑漆漆的上下樓開關門有點受影響，房間風格很簡單，有圓桌茶几椅子櫃子，有吊扇鏡子衞生間熱水器電熱毯衣架煙灰缸臉盤毛巾電燒水壺窗簾，電視機是壞的，看不了，乾淨衞生，衞生間垃圾桶沒有套垃圾袋，其他都挺滿意的。

房間乾淨素雅，這家店位置相對比較好，地處熱鬧的城中村中心，晚上出門就是熱鬧繁華的煙火氣，我們兩個人100元嘗試了各色西安小吃，吃到撐。然後周邊交通也很方便，十來分鐘就到太白南路地鐵站。非常喜歡這種城中村的熱鬧和便捷，很適合我們窮遊族，老闆很樸實。總體滿意，下次會再來的。#位置交通交通便捷，樓下就是小吃。

圖一:熱水器是70年代的，插電燒水，斷電洗澡，不敢洗。怕被電圖二:空調老舊，房子也老舊圖三:被子濕潮，有點黴味。名字應該改為西安近代賓館更合適一點，太差了

別來別來別來！沒住過這麼舊的地方，加上空調費也八十多一晚上了，那個衞生間別説洗澡了，我連上廁所都嫌臟。地上全是斑駁的白點，嚇暈過去了。床也不大，一個穿衣鏡不知道多久沒擦了全是灰，杯子甚至不是酒店用的空調被，一個臟臟的很薄的家用杯子，不知道怎麼處理被褥的衞生問題，總之就是很臟很差，不説要多好，基本的衞生問題差勁的要死，那個門我都不知道咋鎖，還有廁所那個水箱，上個時代的遺物了吧。
