The hotel is so pretty, I love the garden inside which is so cool, there are black swans，peacocks and ostrich.Thanks to the Guest Service Manager Veronica Lin who is so considerate, she introduced the hotel, the rooms and the restaurants. She showed me what is real hospitality who helped me to call the cab, cancel the reservation and book the shuttle service during my stay , she is really a cool girl! When I was checking out, she sent me a small gift with desserts and tea, that’s really nice!

Though it is a dated hotel, the service and attudes of the staffs were great. Very personal service and they will make you feel very welcomed. Actually I stayed here on my birthday and they quickly noticed and the manager arranged a little cake and a card for me with a handwritten note. It meant a lot when I was away from my family . The room I stayed was nice and quiet. Japanese restaurant was as great as when I visited here 20plus years ago. I was also watching concierges greeting people come in, there were genuine welcoming culture here. I will probably stay here again.

Five-star has it, the room is large and quiet, the supplies and shoes are also high-grade, the service is also very good, there is a 24-hour free lounge, laundry dryer, very friendly to us with children. The traffic is also convenient. The hotel is opposite to take a few 109 stations to Line 1. The front desk sister is very good. I will tell you how to take the car. I heard from Xiao Wu at the front desk that the activities across the street are all about snacks. I have three days off for New Year's Day and I just took the children out to play, eat delicious food and enjoy the sea breeze. The main reason is that the weather in Xiamen is not very cold, and the sun is very good and comfortable. Then the hotel's facilities and equipment may be a bit old, not so brand new, but they are complete and the hygiene is very clean. Xiao Wu at the front desk has a very good service attitude and is a lively little girl.

Good hotel, clean and facilities good. The restaurant overall good but after eating there for a couple of days ( breakfast and evening meal - both buffet) we needed something better elsewhere. The location requires getting a taxi or hiring bikes. Also worth noting that the hotel is on the side of a hill so a steep walk back up if using a bike. Overall would recommend but probably better to eat out in the evenings. Staff helpful throughout the stay so no complaints.

This is actually a boutique hotel that surprised me pleasantly. The room is spacious with an attached bath tub and separate cubicles for wc and shower respectively. Deco is modern and tastefully done with nice soft lighting. Due to the limitations of the location, the window overlook a residential unit next door. But for this budget, I think it is value for money. Also I appreciate its proximity to the airport and SM Mall. Staff members are helpful and friendly. If you enjoy some tranquility and peace, this could be a good hotel as it is usually not very crowded. Breakfast is simple Chinese food - dumplings; dim sum; fried noodles or vermicelli; plain congee; buns; milk; soy etc. Food selection is modest but sufficient given the boutique nature of this hotel. Overall, value for money and a good alternative to a brand name hotel for international travellers to consider.

Quite satisfied. The room is simple. I booked a premium double bed. The advantage is that the bed is relatively comfortable. The disadvantage is that there is no view outside the window. It is a wall with turf outside, but it does not have much impact. There are blackout curtains. The location is easy to find, just on the roadside. The front desk provided breakfast as a gift, although it was a pity that we didn't get to eat it in time. Come next time I have a chance.

The front desk service of the hotel is very good, and the room layout is good. It is recommended to strengthen the details. For example, the elevator door often has to be closed 2-3 times before closing. The carpet inside the elevator makes the hotel feel worse. There is a button on the top of the shower room. Great hotel with amazing service. I stayed for one week and the room was very clean. During my stay there was a typhoon and the staff was amazing to help with all information and safety precautions. I felt very welcomed through the whole time. Even the cleaning and security staff are all very friendly. The location is okay, walking distance to restaurants and SM Mall, but not close to Metro Station. Anyway Taxi can get you around Xiamen quite fast. I will come back. Thank you.
